  1. ✈️ International Flights

    • Flights to and from Bali are not included. Clients are responsible for booking their own airfare. PLEASE ARRIVE ON JUNE 15, 2026. Assistance is available if needed.

  2. 🧾 Travel Insurance

    • Strongly recommended but not included. This should cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.

  3. 💉 Vaccinations & Health Prep (IF APPLICABLE)

    • Required immunizations (like Hepatitis A or Typhoid) or any COVID-related tests and documents aren't covered.

  4. 🛂 Visa Fees (if applicable)

    • Depending on their nationality, clients may need a visa to enter Indonesia.

  5. 🍹 Alcoholic Beverages Outside of Yacht Party and Meals

    • Drinks outside of hosted events (like the yacht party) are at personal expense.

    • Meals that are not listed in the itinerary 

  6. 🧖‍♀️ Spa Services

    • Massages, facials, and other wellness treatments are optional and not included unless specified.

  7. 🚖 Additional Transportation

    • Any transportation outside of scheduled events (e.g., club hopping, off-itinerary excursions) will be on your own.

  8. 👜 Souvenirs & Shopping

    • Personal shopping expenses, including local crafts and boutique finds.

  9. 📶 Wi-Fi/Data Plans

    • While some hotels offer free Wi-Fi, mobile data or SIM cards are not included.

  10. 📸 Professional Photoshoots

    • Besides the jungle swing photo, additional professional photography or videography sessions would be extra.

 PACKING TIPS

  • Cultural Dress Etiquette: Respectful clothing for temple visits (shoulders/knees covered).

  • Essential Items: Sunscreen, bug spray, power adapters (Indonesia uses type C & F, 230V), and reusable water bottles.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

 

• Making reservations for this trip signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions as set forth within this contract.

• I understand all payments to Escape The Grind Getaways & Vacations, LLC are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.  I further acknowledge that I have been advised to purchase travel insurance to protect my investment.

• We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE

PASSPORT

• A Valid passport that expires later than 6 months after this trip is required.

 

DEPOSIT

The required Deposit amount is NON-REFUNDABLE. 

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY

It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you purchase a Travel Insurance Policy to protect your vacation investment. It is further recommended that you purchase the Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) option if available as an upgrade on your policy.  Several comprehensive travel insurance plans have this upgrade as a great option that allows travelers to cancel their trip for ANY REASON that is not otherwise covered in their base plan.

Missing a vacation is bad enough, but losing the money you paid is even worse. That being said, purchasing trip cancellation insurance through Travel Insured Travel Insurance

• Should the airline price increase above the rate that was calculated in the cost of this trip, Escape The Grind Getaways & Vacations, LLC reserve the right to reflect the price in the final invoice.

• You are responsible for your Airline Flights 

• At check-in at Hotels, a credit Card may be required to cover personal incidentals.

• A full day by day itinerary will be provided 30-60 days before travel.

• A WhatsApp Group will be created.

• Zoom calls will be setup to go over the Trip Details.

MONTHLY PAYMENTS

Scheduled monthly payments Must be made on or before the 20th of each month.  Final payment for this trip must be received NO Later than APRIL 20, 2026.   Credit card  processing fees will be reflected monthly on the invoice under the title of Convenience Fee.

 

• All prices are based on the International rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation.  In the event that the US dollar devalues, Escape The Grind Getaways & Vacations, LLC reserves the right to reflect changes in the final invoice.

CONVENIENCE FEES

The convenience fee is comprised of credit card processing fees and Traveljoy's technology and administrative fees.  Traveljoy is a third-party processing company and the convenience fees are collected by their company. The convenience fees will be divided equally and will be included in each monthly payments.

At Escape The Grind Getaways & Vacations, LLC, we curate unforgettable travel experiences with precision, passion, and meticulous planning.   Because this is a custom group package with pre-arranged accommodation, excursions, and services, we operate under a strict No Cancellation, No Refund policy.

TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY 

 

CANCELLATION BY TRAVELER

Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to traveldesk.escapethegrindtravel@gmail.com with your invoice number, full name and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 72 hours (or 3 business days), please call 410-299-3186 to ensure your information has been received. As stated above, you acknowledge and agree that all payments that you make to Escape The Grind Getaways & Vacations, LLC are non-refundable.

  • All payments are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • No credits, transfers, or exchanges will be provided for any unused portion of the trip, missed activities, or early departures.
  • Trip protection or TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STONGLY ENCOURAGED to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergencies, etc.).

ROOMMATE

  • Escape The Grind Getaways & Vacations, LLC, Tonya Gorham, and any affiliates, agents, or representatives acting on behalf of Escape The Grind Getaways & Vacations, LLC are not responsible for any decisions made between travelers regarding roommate arrangements. All roommate selections and any resulting issues or disputes are solely the responsibility of the individuals involved. 
  • Each traveler is solely responsible for securing their own roommate for the trip. In the event another individual is also seeking a roommate, Escape The Grind Getaways & Vacations, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) may assist by introducing the two parties. However, it is the sole responsibility of both individuals to determine compatibility and mutual agreement to share accommodations.
  • The Company, including its owner Tonya Gorham, assumes no responsibility or liability for decisions made between travelers regarding roommate pairings. All agreements made between potential roommates are at the discretion and risk of the individuals involved. 
  • In the event that a roommate cancels for any reason, the remaining party will be promptly notified. At that time, the traveler may either:
  • Find an alternative roommate, or Elect to pay the applicable single occupancy room rate.
  • To ensure accurate room assignment, both roommates must register for the trip and submit their deposits at the same time. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges. 

 

Once both parties have:

  • Agreed to room together, and Paid their required deposits, they must notify the Company in writing. Upon confirmation, the Company will assign the agreed-upon room based on the trip’s accommodation structure.

 

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. I hereby release any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing this material.
