What happens if I need to make changes or cancellations?
Immediately notify FP Vacation Experts to cancel or make changes to your vacation package.  All changes and cancellations are subject to availability, limitations, restrictions, and fees imposed by FP Vacation Experts and its third-party suppliers (“supplier penalties” assessed directly by the airline, hotel, and/or feature providers, such as excursion operators).  There is a $50 cancellation Fee that will be paid to FP Vacation Experts.  Your refund will be based on which vacation protection Insurance you select either travel credits or cash back. There is a $50 non refundable booking fee per person

Vacation Protection Plan Plus [VPP+] with Pre-Departure Waiver

Pre-Departure Waiver and the following service are provided by Vacation Express and are not insurance benefits.

You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in your original form of payment. VPP+ must be added to your booking within 7 days of deposit date or by final payment due date, whichever occurs first. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable.

Cancellations:
You can cancel for any reason a minimum of 2 hours prior to original scheduled departure time as indicated in your travel documents or no later than 9AM local time of the hotel the day of arrival for hotel-only bookings. When you purchase the VPP+, you will receive a refund for the full package price in the original form of payment less the VPP+ plan cost [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees]. Non-refundable hotel rooms are not eligible to receive a refund or voucher if VPP or VPP+ are purchased. You must select VPI for this room type to be eligible for coverage.

Our ATV experience is an exciting, scenic and educational experience that explores the northern parts of Providenciales. Our tour takes you to an area that is tranquil and has amazing natural features such as mangroves, wetlands, beaches, lush vegetation and more. There are countless amazing views and you are informed about all the settlements you pass through on this tour.

4-Hour Catamaran Sail and Snorkel Tour from Grace Bay

Cruise aboard a fully-equipped catamaran skippered by a courteous crew on a half-day tour from Providenciales. After pickup from your hotel, snack on chips and salsa while sailing along Grace Bay, sipping rum punch and looking for dolphins. The boat sets anchor at a secret snorkeling spot where you can use the provided gear to explore the underwater world and perhaps even spot iguanas. Lunch is also included and your adventure ends when you are dropped back at your hotel.
