I authorize DaVyne Travel to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that all payments are made to our non-refundable Travel. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice. For travel insurance purchasers, separate terms and conditions will apply. See the terms and conditions of the travel insurance plan.
Travel Protection Insurance:
Travel insurance is not included in the tour price but is strongly recommended. DaVyne Travel provides an option to purchase insurance directly on the booking page for your convenience
if customers purchase a travel protection policy, the following will not apply; instead, the customer will follow the terms and conditions of the policy.
Non-refundable Deposit
Customers are required to make a nonrefundable deposit of $350.00 at the time of booking for the Ghana Tour Travel.
This required deposit is Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350) for each person.
Refund Amount. If a CUSTOMER cancels the Ghana Destination Travel, amounts paid in excess of the nonrefundable deposit are refundable at the following rates:

Deposits: $350 (non-refundable)
120 days or more before departure: 50% of the tour cost is forfeited
119 days or fewer before departure: 100% of the tour cost is forfeited
