- When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan.
- If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will receive monthly notices when your payment is due.
- Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date (Jan 12,2023), travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.
- It is the guests’ responsibility to notify TWD of all email address changes.
- You MUST purchase your own flight to Hawaii .Once you purchase your flight you should notify TWD so your transfers can be arranged.

- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your ID.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this price to be locked in.
- Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan.You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.Late payment of $25 per person is required after final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date.
- Once you and your roommate(s) have submitted your reservation request you will be sent an email confirmation. If there have been price changes, you will be contacted by email before your card is processed.
