By booking this tour with Mommy and Wee Travels LLC, signing our agreement as well as by paying our deposits your are fully accepting all of the terms of our agreement. You are accepting this agreement on your own behalf as well as the behalf of any person that may be listed on your booking, this is also not limited to minors that you are booking and signing for as well. You or any person that is signing or is directing us to perform a travel service may be referred to as a " Traveler or Travelers" .

PASSPORTS: Travelers are required to make all reservations in the full name that's listed on your official government documents that will be used for travel. have a passport for all of our international trips. Passports have atleast 6months of validity left on it starting from the date of your departure on it as well as have at least 4 visa pages left on your passport.

ISSUED TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Once travel documents have been finalized and issued, if any name changes from the original travelers full name is needed, you will be responsible for any and all name change fees that are associated if any are applicable.

PAYMENT PROCESSING: For our company, we use companies such as Traveljoy to process our credit card charges. Using this service allows us to accept many of the major debit and credit cards.

CHARGEBACK POLICY FOR DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS: While we strive to make every client relationship a success, its a must that we say that if as a travel client you are not happy for any reason with our services that you agree to not to initiate or file a chargeback with your debit or credit card company before you have reached out to us and given us an opportunity fix and address any issues. We will work hard to address any issues that you may have and your complete satisfaction is super important to us at Mommy and Wee travels LLC. We strive to stand by everyone of our services and products that we offer to you. By booking this trip and signing our agreement you agree that a chargeback is not going to be used as a refund convenience . This means that this is not an appropriate way to get around or avoid our cancellation or refund policy that you have agreed to by signing this agreement. We take chargebacks as a form of " friendly fraud" which is nonetheless fraud. With this we will dispute any chargeback forcefully and expressly reserve the right to report any and all chargebacks to authorities that have been fraudulently. In the event that we win any chargeback claims that you have initiated, you agree to reimburse Mommy and Wee Travels LLC for any time, expenses, costs and attorneys fees that are associated with rebutting any all of your chargeback.

REFUND POLICY: You agree and acknowledge that any and all payments that you make to Mommy and Wee Travels LLC are both non- transferable and non-refundable. Our policy is this because because Mommy and Wee Travel LLC has contracted agreements with vendors and hotels that will not allow us to obtain a refund in any amount. This allows us to keep all of our packages competitive in pricing and allow you to make monthly payments on the vacation that you are booking.
