Group Trip Rules & Policies
Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
- Your payments made to SunSet Navigation are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because SunSet Navigation has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
- In the event you need cancel for any reason TRAVEL INSURANCE is highly recommended to obtain a refund from your selected travel insurance company.
- Second payment must be made to have your booking deem as "ACTIVE".
- Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your Passport and Birth Certificate.
- Gratuities for this cruise are $96 additional. I advise to PAY UPFRONT.
- Check spam or junk mail for receipt, invoices or trip confirmation.
- Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current, unless you make larger payments than what is required of your monthly plan.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments. If they cancel, you will be responsible for the full room.
- Please check your spam or junk mail if your invoice is not automatically sent.
- Name changes are allowed with a $50 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice.
- After the final payment deadline full penalty will be imposed, funds will not be refunded or be transferred.
- You are responsible to keep SunSet Navigation informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
Cancellation policy
Please be advised that deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation penalties apply to all guests in a stateroom and are assessed in the event of either partial or full stateroom cancellations. The system will keep the higher calculated penalty amount when the guest is cancelled. No refund in the event of interruption or cancellation by guests after the start of the cruise. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance!
Percentage penalty charged applies to cruise fare. There will be a $250 fee deducted from total amount paid to date if cancelled or full balance unpaid on or after August 20th, 2025. 50% of total amount paid to date will be deducted if cancelled or balance unpaid on or after September 24, 2025. 75% of total amount paid to date will be deducted if cancelled or full balance unpaid on or after October 20, 2025. 100% of total amount paid to date will be deducted if cancelled on or full balance unpaid on or after November 4, 2025.
