Before proceeding with your booking, please take a moment to review the following details:

Deposit and Booking Number:

A Deposits ranging from $50-$100 per person (non-refundable) is required as soon as possible to lock in your rate.  If you request single occupancy, your deposit will be a minimum of $100.00. Once booking is completed you will receive your booking number. If your room will have more than 2 people, exact pricing will be determined at the time of booking. Please note deposit amounts are subject to change as determined by Carnival Cruise Lines at the time of booking!!!!

If you have Carnival offers, please provider your VIFP number so that I can check for any offers and apply them accordingly. If your offer displays a lower deposit, that is the deposit you will be required to pay.

Age Requirements:

Travelers who are 21 years and under must be accompanied by someone who is at least 25 years old in their cabin. This policy ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone on board.

Terms & Conditions: Submitting a deposit and payments for this package signifies your acceptance of Booker Elite Travel LLC's Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer Policy, and Privacy Policy. 

Payments: Payments are NOT automatically processed.  Your monthly schedule will be provided to you via invoice upon booking this trip. You must utilize the invoice to submit all payments if you do not select the Auto-Pay option. An automated payment reminder will be emailed to you one week prior to each scheduled payment date.   

Credit/Debit Card Fees: A standard convenience fee will be charged. The final amount (including convenience fees) will be displayed prior to the final purchase.  This fee is not avoidable.

Final Payment: Final payment must be received on or before the final payment due date. Failure to submit the final payment as required will result in an automatic cancellation of the entire reservation. Booker Elite Travel, LLC will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation.

Cancellation Policy: Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to bookerelitetravel@gmail.com with your full name, and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours, please call 404-884-9558

If you cancel your reservation, all payments submitted to Booker Elite Travel, LLC will be non-refundable and non-transferable without travel insurance. You are strongly encouraged to protect your travel investment by purchasing travel insurance.

Refunds: All payment to Booker Elite Travel LLC is non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Booker Elite Travel LLC has contractual agreements with our hotel, transportation, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds.

Payment Disputes: The traveler agrees to not file a payment dispute or chargeback through their bank/financial institution and to instead utilize his/her travel insurance in the event that they can no longer attend the planned trip. Traveler agrees to not file a chargeback in violation of Booker Elite Travel LLC's Refund Policy. In the event that a chargeback is requested and/or processed, Traveler agrees to repay Booker Elite Travel LLC for the full amount and be responsible for any fees incurred in recouping payment, including attorney’s fees.
