Hosted Group Trip Addendum
(Applies to all You Can Travel Too hosted group experiences)

🔹 Booking & Payment Agreement

By submitting your deposit, you agree to participate in a hosted group trip organized by You Can Travel Too and accept the following additional terms.

1. Role as Host

You Can Travel Too serves as the group host and coordinator, not the provider of travel services.

All transportation, accommodations, and activities are provided by third-party suppliers.

2. Payment Schedule & Auto-Billing

You agree to the payment schedule outlined in your invoice.

All scheduled payments will be automatically charged to the payment method on file unless you request changes in writing at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled charge.

Failure to make payments may result in:

• Cancellation of your reservation
• Loss of promotional pricing or space
• Supplier-imposed penalties

3. Cancellations & Refunds

All bookings are subject to supplier terms and conditions.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Payments may become fully non-refundable after specified deadlines
• No refunds will be issued for missed flights, late arrivals, early departures, or unused portions of the trip

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

4. Room Occupancy

• Pricing is based on double occupancy unless otherwise specified
• You are responsible for your roommate
• If your roommate cancels and no replacement is found, you are responsible for any resulting rate adjustments

5. Itinerary Changes

Itineraries, accommodations, and activities are subject to change due to:

• Supplier decisions
• Weather conditions
• Operational needs

No refunds will be issued due to such changes.

6. Traveler Conduct

You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and responsible manner.

We reserve the right to remove any traveler from the trip for:

• Disruptive or unsafe behavior
• Illegal activity
• Actions that negatively impact the group experience

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

7. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that group travel involves additional risks and agree to participate voluntarily.

8. Travel Requirements

You are responsible for:

• Valid passport (typically 6 months beyond travel dates)
• Entry requirements for your destination
• Compliance with all travel regulations
