Refunds will be issued according to the provisions of the travel protection plan.

Cancel before February 1st to receive a full refund, excluding the deposit.
Cancel after February 1st and you will be subject to the resort's penalties and fees.

• Supply you with a cooler stocked with your favorite beverages
• Serve lunch on the beach or on the pool deck
• Liaise with housekeeping re-servicing of your room or suite
• Ensure that your room or suite is kept in perfect condition and according to your preference during your stay
• Expedite all your room service orders
• Arrange a romantic dinner for two in the privacy of your room or balcony/patio. Selecting from any of our à la carte restaurant menus.
