Quote Request 
Your quote will include a minimum of two options based on the information gathered via the book inquiry form. With one destination you will receive two options, if there are two destinations you will receive one quote per destination. I offer two revisions to this quote within 7 business days of delivery of the initial quote, prices are subject to change during this time frame. Any revisions or quotes after this are subject to a new fee. Clients must respond to quotes and /or provide feedback within 72 hours of receipt of the initial quote. To lock in the given quote client must pay in full or place a deposit, or face the risk of abandoning the quote request.
 
Free phone consultations are available for clients seeking travel advice.  There is a $50 non-refundable service fee for an individual or couple (small group of up to 9 people) For groups of 10 people or more there is a $150 non-refundable retainer fee, allow an additional 48 hours to have the quote returned to you. For destination weddings please schedule a scoping call, as the fees and overall consultation is different. 
 
The non-refundable retainer fee secures the time spent on putting together the proposals, and itineraries,  24/7 assistance once departed on your getaway,  additional reservations placed on the client's behalf, and any additional requests the client may have, in the event that the potential client does not book with NeoSxoul Travel Group. Once the supplier deposit is made, the client will continue to receive services of NeoSxoul Travel Group, from making all reservations, and keeping you updated on your payment plans, all the way to checking to make sure all of your paperwork is up to date and submitted. Our services take effect from the moment you book until you arrive safely home after your trip.

Delivery of Quote Cancellation Policy Quote Request

​The client will receive a quote within a week upon receipt of the booking inquiry form & the service fee. The agent will reach out to you if any additional information is required. The client has 72 hours upon receipt of the quote to submit the appropriate deposit amount in order to secure the quoted price and services of NeoSxoul Travel Group. Please keep in mind if packages require flights, flight rates change multiple times a day, on a daily basis. All prices are subject to change until a deposit is made or paid in full.
 
 
Cancellation policy:
To protect your investment, purchasing travel insurance is highly recommended, both travel credit and full cash refund coverage is available. The service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Service fees are not reimbursable through any travel protection, if a client cancels their trip, our time is valuable and the service fee covers the hours put into making reservations and any possible cancellations, thank you for understanding and using NeoSxoul Travel Group for all your travel needs.
