💎 Bespoke Itinerary Planning

This trip offers a customized experience, which includes itinerary research, resort/room recommendations, curated activities, and travel assistance.

Custom Planning Fee: $300 per individual or couple
(This fee is non-refundable and is required to begin planning.)

📝 Customization & Revision Policy

To maintain the quality and luxury standard of service, the bespoke portion of your planning includes:

• Up to 3 Itinerary Revisions or

• Up to 3 Destination / Resort Options

After the 3rd revision or 3rd location alternative is requested, an additional custom planning fee of $100 per revision will apply.

This ensures the planning process remains intentional, efficient, and aligned with your travel goals.

📅 Planning & Response Timeline

Once your planning fee is received, you will be invited to select your Planning Consultation Call from the available calendar options.

To ensure a smooth and timely planning experience:

• You must schedule your call within 72 hours of receiving the scheduling link
  (excludes weekends and posted out-of-office dates).

• If your call is not scheduled within 72 hours, your file will be placed on Hold.

• If there is no response after 7 days, your inquiry will be archived and planning will close.
  The planning fee is non-refundable and will not transfer to a future inquiry.

🗓 Quote Decision Window

After your custom quote or itinerary options are presented, you will have 5 business days to make your selection and/or move forward with deposit.

This ensures availability, pricing accuracy, and protects your travel experience from supplier changes.

If no decision is made within this timeframe:

• Your file will be moved to Inactive Status, and

• A $75 Reactivation Fee will be required to reopen the file and refresh pricing/availability.

• Pricing & availability are subject to change until deposits are made.

• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after travel dates.

• Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to protect your travel investment.
