By submitting your credit or debit card (“Card”) to us, you confirm that: (1) you are an authorized user of that Card; (2) you authorize us, or our agents, to charge your Card for payments on due dates agreed in your Trip Plan; and (3) you authorize us, or our agents, to credit to your Card any amounts charged in error.

You are responsible for all costs, including costs of recovery, relating to the following: (1) if you provide to us an incorrect Card number; (2) if our valid charges to your Card are declined; (3) if your Card has insufficient funds on payment dates agreed in your Trip Plan; and (4) if your Card account is closed or expires before you pay all amounts agreed in your Trip Plan.

In any such event, you agree we have a right to suspend or cancel any Booking, and we have no obligation to refund amounts paid by you if we suspend or cancel any Booking.

Deposit & Final Payment
A $100 per person nonrefundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Final payment is due to Make Sense Beyond Travel no later than November 20, 2026. Reservations with an unpaid balance after the final payment deadline may be subject to cancellation.

Pricing & Occupancy
Published rates are per person based on double occupancy and apply to the group stateroom inventory currently held by Make Sense Beyond Travel. Rates and availability are subject to change until your reservation and required deposit have been confirmed.

Travelers requesting single, triple, or quad occupancy should contact Make Sense Beyond Travel for current pricing and availability.

Cancellation Policy
The $100 per person deposit is nonrefundable. In addition, the following Royal Caribbean cancellation penalties apply based on the date of cancellation:

• November 30–December 13, 2026: 50% per passenger
• December 14, 2026–January 12, 2027: 75% per passenger
• January 13–February 12, 2027: 100% per passenger

Cancellation penalties are subject to Royal Caribbean’s applicable terms and conditions.

Travel Protection
Travel protection is not included in the cruise package. Make Sense Beyond Travel strongly recommends purchasing travel protection to help protect your vacation investment against eligible covered circumstances. Travel protection options will be provided separately. Travelers who choose not to purchase coverage will be asked to acknowledge that they have declined travel protection.

Stateroom Assignment
Stateroom numbers and locations are assigned by Royal Caribbean and are subject to availability and the cruise line’s policies. Specific stateroom locations cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by Royal Caribbean.

Cruise Line & Itinerary Changes
Cruise itineraries, ports of call, arrival and departure times, onboard venues, activities, entertainment, broadcasts, programming and other cruise components are subject to change at Royal Caribbean’s discretion.

Traveler Responsibility
Each traveler is responsible for ensuring that they meet all identification, passport, visa, health, entry and other travel requirements applicable to their trip. Travelers are also responsible for reviewing all booking information and promptly notifying Make Sense Beyond Travel of any errors or changes.

Acknowledgment
By submitting your booking and payment authorization, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the pricing, deposit requirements, final payment deadline, cancellation policy and additional group booking terms outlined above.
