STEP 1: Browse our package options below and select the one that suits your travel goals. Click “Book Now” to begin the process. Be sure to read the full package description!

STEP 2: On the payment page, select “1” as the number of travelers. There will be a designated area to indicate the total number of travelers.

STEP 3: Click “Continue to Traveler Info” and complete the form thoroughly.

STEP 4: Click “Continue to Payment” to finalize details.

STEP 5: Authorize payment for the non-refundable planning fee of your choice.

STEP 6: Once your fee and form are submitted, please allow 5–7 business days to receive your customized travel quotes.

Next Steps:

1. Approval & Deposit: Once you approve your travel quote, you’ll receive an invoice for the supplier deposit.

2. Timely Feedback: Please respond to your initial quote or request revisions within 48 hours. One complimentary revision is included; additional changes will incur a new fee.

Note: If you choose not to book or cancel, this fee is non-refundable for services rendered.

Cancellation & Pricing Policy:

• Non-Refundable Fee: Planning fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. They are not covered by travel insurance.

• Pricing Fluctuations: Prices are subject to change until a deposit is made. High demand means rates may update hourly.

For efficiency, we handle all communication via email unless there’s an urgent need for a phone call. Please check your spam or promotions folder if waiting for a response.

Please Note:

If you make changes after booking your trip, a $35 fee per change will apply, in addition to any charges imposed by the supplier.

Final payments are typically due 30-45 days before travel. For trips within this timeframe, full payment is required at the time of booking.

All planning fees are non-refundable. For all returning clients, the planning fee is waived. Please contact us directly regarding your quote at support@soarwithchictravel.com.
