At Soar with Chic Travel, we provide a personalized trip planning and booking service that:

• Streamlines the planning process by handling travel accommodations, saving you the hassle of booking your own vacation.
• Manages payments from start to finish.
• Offers ongoing client support via phone or email before, during, and after your trip.
• Delivers electronic travel documents, including  flight confirmation numbers, hotel/resort information, and more.
• Advocates on your behalf if any issues arise during your travels.
• Collaborates with various vendors to meet your needs.
• Assists with upgrades (when available) and special client requests.

 

Quote Process:

Step One:

Submit a Travel Inquiry
By submitting an inquiry, you are giving us the opportunity to provide you with the best possible quote for your trip. By providing us with the necessary information, we can ensure that you receive the best experience for your journey. Please provide accurate information.

Step Two:

After receiving a quote, you can modify it twice free of charge. Subsequent modifications will incur a $15 fee per change. You will receive three quote options to choose from. Please let us know if there is anything that needs to be altered or adjusted to better suit your requirements.

Please Note

If you make changes after booking your trip, a $35 fee per change will apply, in addition to any charges imposed by the resort or airline.

Final payments are typically due 30-45 days before travel. For trips within this timeframe, full payment is required at the time of booking.

All planning fees are non-refundable. For all returning clients, the planning fee is waived. Please contact us directly regarding your quote at support@soarwithchictravel.com.
