Deposits are due no later than Thursday, February 10, 2022.  Balance for entire trip is due no later than Tuesday, May 10, 2022. Prices are subject to change based on airline and hotel availability. All LUXE bookings include Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Protection with Full Travel Credit (FTC). The cost of Travel Insurance will be deducted from your Refund / Credit. All deposits are non-refundable.

Girls Trippin' and Wine Sippin' Itinerary

 

Day 1: June 4
  •  Depart from your city of origin bright & early. Ensure that you arrive at the airport 2-2.5  hours prior to your flight with your negative COVID test, valid government issued ID and luggage.

  • Upon arrival in San Francisco/Oakland we will gather at Baggage Claim to head to the Rental Car pick up area.

  • After breakfast and a morning excursion you will head to the Suite to unpack luggage and get settled for the afternoon.

  • Enjoy each other's company as you learn, converse plus unravel fantastic Box Reveals.

  • Enjoy a delicious, culinary delight with Dinner @ Restaurant of choice by dining in.

  • Wind down the evening with a bonding Movie Night experience. 


Day 2: June 5

  • To start the day, rise, shine and head to Breakfast.  Let's have some fun in the sun.

  • You will be receiving a Grocery Delivery for essentials & conveniences 

  • Explore Napa & its wonderful Tasting Rooms with a day of Wine Touring

  • Visit Napa's glorious landmarks and Art Walk 
 
  • End the day with a delicious 3 course dinner experience.
 
  • Return to the Suite after a full day of excitement & exploration 
Day 3: June 6

  • To start the day enjoy Breakfast.  Let's have some fun in the sun.

  • Explore Sonoma & its wonderful vineyards with a day of Wine Touring

  • See Sonoma's glorious landmarks and experience a picnic at a local Vineyard 

  • End the day with a delicious 3 course dinner experience.
 
  • Return to the Suite after a full day of excitement & exploration 
Day 4: June 7

  • To start the day enjoy Breakfast.  Let's have some fun in the sun.

  •  Enjoy a day of Rest & Relaxation without scheduled events

  • Enjoy an invigorating, rejuvenating Spa Day inclusive of Massages & Manicures.  Be sure to book Spa appointments with the LUXE no later than 14 days in advance of travel  as space is limited due to COVID protocols. 
 
  • Ensure that you check your SMS/WhatsApp messages and emails so that you double-check your flight updates from LUXE with all the information you need to depart on time without any challenges.
Day 5: June 8

  •  It's the last day in Paradise as you say farewell today! 

  • Enjoy breakfast and the last bit of Napa before you leave California's sunshine.

  • Ensure you are all packed and not leaving anything behind. Prepare to meet  in the Lobby after check out.  It takes approximately 45-60 minutes to head back to the airport, and you should arrive at a busy airport 2.5- 3 hours prior to your schedule departure time with plenty of time to return the Rental Car. 

  • Please check your SMS/WhatsApp messages and emails so that you double-check your flight updates from LUXE with all the information you need to depart on time without any challenges.

  • Safe Travels and ensure you have everything arranged for your arrival back home!
  
 

Covid-19 Policy

  • Majority of time spent on this excursion will be outdoors. This allows for plenty of ventilated, outdoor space for social distancing.
  • This will be a small group of 7,  so we will be traveling via SUV. Private transfers will be utilized for all Itinerary-Specific Events. 
  • Masks are a requirement.
  • All passengers traveling should be in possession of a valid COVID-19 negative PCR test certificate conducted within 24-48 hours before departure.
  • You will be provided with a link to upload your negative test results prior to departure, so look out for email updates from bookings@LUXE-worldwide.com. 
  • Schedule your COVID Test at least 14 days prior to travel for June 2, 2022 with your healthcare provider ASAP, which should be at no cost.
  • CVS, Walgreens, HEB, Walmart, Costco and other pharmacies allow you to book far in advance.   
  • Children below the age of five (5) years are exempt from this requirement.
  • All passengers with flu-like symptoms at the point of entry, or those who develop clinical symptoms within 7 days of arrival should quarantine and reach out to cancel your trip ASAP.
  • Travelers should be prepared to show a negative Antigen or PCR Test result to the airline before boarding a flight.
  • People who have recently recovered from COVID-19 may instead travel with documentation of recovery from COVID-19.
  • Documentation of recovery includes a positive viral test during the past 90 days AND a signed letter from a healthcare provider or a public health official that states you have been cleared for travel. You will also be required to confirm that the information you present is true in the form of an attestation.

  • The maximum amount of travelers will be 10.
  • A deposit of $380 per person is required.
  • All payments are nonrefundable subject to Travel Insurance policies as applicable. 
  • All deposits are non-refundable as the first payment covers your travel insurance, airfare deposit and hotel deposit which cannot be returned. 
  • When making payments, the credit card processor’s fee of 4% is passed along to you to facilitate installment options. 
  • There may be  early mornings. Please be on time for departures to maximize your experience.  
  • Certain inherent risks are involved which should be considered at your own discretion. 
  • Due to limited space in vehicles, please consider packing your belongings in durable duffel bags with wheels. Traditional suitcases with rigid frames or hard plastic sides should be avoided.

Cancellation & Change Policies

  •  Your travel package is nonrefundable. You must claim against your travel insurance should you need to cancel. Depending on the reason for your cancellation, you can be reimbursed between 80-100% of your payments toward your trip. The insurance cost is customized according to your vacation cost, age and state of residency.
  • If selecting the payment plan, you MUST accept the auto-payment option when reserving your spot.
  • There is a $50 fee to make any name or roommate changes to your reservation. There may also be an increase in your overall travel package rate as well.
  •  Final payment is due May 10, 2022. Late Payment Fees  of $50 apply for payments made after final payment date up to May 10, 2022.  Trips not paid in full after this date will be canceled without refund.
