Due Dates:

Payment Schedule:
  • December 19th, 2024 is the deadline to pay the $100 deposit to reserve your room at Hyatt Ziva Cancun.
  • December 20th, 2024 is the due date for 30% of your room balance.
  • February 24th, 2025 is the due date for 20% of your room balance.
  • April 10th, 2025 is the due date for your remaining room balance.
 

Reminders:

  • The wedding date is Saturday, June 14, 2025. Please schedule your trip before and after that date.
  • To be considered a part of Lilia and Felix’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Lilia and Felix with a deposit already paid on each room. If you book outside of this group the resort may charge a wedding pass fee per person per wedding events at the resort to your room.

  • Children 2 and under are free. Children 3-12 years old have a discounted rate. Child prices are based on age at time of check in

  • Maximum capacity in a guest room is two adults and two children under 13 years of age, three adults and one child under 13 years of age or four adults and no children based on existing bedding (extra beds and cribs are subject to availability).

 

Cancellation policy:

  •  

  • If you cancel your reservation before December 20th, 2024 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

  • Between December 20th, 2024 and February 20th, 2025 you may cancel 20% of the room night commitment without fees. Any room nights cancelled above this threshold will be charged at 30% of the cancelled nights.

  • Between February 20th, 2025 and April 7th, 2025You may cancel 10% of the room night commitment without fees. Any room nights cancelled above this threshold will be charged at 50% of the cancelled nights.

  • If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after April 7th, 2024, you are responsible for 100% of your room total. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.

Hyatt Ziva Cancun will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Hyatt Ziva Cancun and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Hyatt Ziva Cancun.
