• Booking support once you select your preferred option (next steps, required details, and deadlines)

• One round of revisions to adjust your request (example: different dates, room type, or swapping one resort)

I understand that plans can change, and I’m always happy to support you as best as possible. Please note that the concierge planning fee is non-refundable, as it covers professional planning services and research time that begin immediately after your request is submitted.

Once travel is booked, all cancellations and changes are governed by the individual supplier’s terms and conditions (hotel/resort, airline, transfer company, tour operator, etc.). Supplier penalties may include cancellation fees, change fees, or loss of deposit/payment, and these charges are the traveler’s responsibility.

Pricing and availability are time-sensitive and may change until a deposit is placed. If you need to cancel after booking, I will assist with the cancellation process and provide documentation when available.
