Day 1 (Oct 9): Arrival
- Welcome Dinner at Barceló Aruba

Day 2 (Oct 10): Best of Aruba Tour
- This tour offers you a little bit of everything, taking you to the most popular sights on the island in an air-conditioned bus. It's a sightseeing experience you'll never forget.
- You'll see the California Lighthouse, the Baby Natural Bridge and other key sights, including the ultra-popular Baby Beach, where you can snorkel or swim. The friendly and daring guides are experts in Aruba's past and present, and will give a detailed account of what you're seeing along the way. You don't need to bring snorkeling equipment. Just bring your appetite for adventure.
- Soft drinks, snacks and snorkeling equipment included. Please bring your swimsuit, towel, sunblock, casual clothing and comfortable walking shoes.
- Duration: 6.5 hours

Day 3 (Oct 11): Free Day
- Enjoy a full day at leisure! Relax by the pool or continue exploring the island.

Day 4 (Oct 12): Sunset Cruise
- Sail aboard a luxury catamaran as the pristine white-sand beaches skim by, while the rays of the setting sun bounce off the deck. Enjoy Aruba's breathtaking sunset, and sail under a beautiful moon. An open bar with beer and light snacks is included.
- Duration: 2 hours

Day 5 (Oct 13): Departure
- Your vacation ends after breakfast at the resort.
- Return home with new friends and lifelong memories!

This package includes Group Travel Protection, offered by Delta Vacations, that includes cancellation, health, accident & baggage insurance which may protect participants against unforeseen circumstances. The Travel Protection plan premium is non-refundable 100 days or later prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy:
- From 101 days or earlier prior to arrival: No penalty to cancel.
- From 100 to 76 days before arrival: Cancelations will be charged 1 night per cancelled room. Travel Protection Plan premium is non-refundable.
- From 75 days or later before arrival: Any cancelation will result in a 100% penalty. All monies paid will be non-refundable.
- If the group falls under 10 rooms, the contract will be canceled under penalties listed above.
- All reductions and cancellations must be made in writing prior to the cut off dates outlined. Verbal reductions and cancellations shall not be binding.
- Only name changes will be requested within 30-15 days prior to arrival and are subject to approval. Changes requested within 14 days of travel will not be allowed.
- Group cannot fall below 10 rooms or this contract is no longer valid and full cancellation penalties will be assessed as outlined above.
- Regardless of any change further to signature of this contract either for lower or higher rates for this same property, once the contract has been signed, rates will not be changed for this group.
- Bedding type is by request only, not guaranteed.
