• 90+ days before arrival date:  $250 per person agency cancellation fee applies (or all deposits up to $250), plus $250 per person fee charged by Carnival Cruise Line.
• Less than 90 days before arrival date:  No refunds.  All payments are non-refundable.
• Name changes: $200 agency fee applies to remove/replace a traveler on each booking.

• Although vaccines are not required, we encourage all guests 5 years of age and older to be up to date with their COVID-19 vaccines, when eligible, and carry proof of vaccination. Guests are considered fully vaccinated if they have received their final dose of an approved COVID-19 vaccine or the appropriate booster at least 14 days prior to the sailing day (not counting embarkation day).
• Although not required for either vaccinated or unvaccinated guests, we encourage all guests 5 years and older to take a pre-cruise COVID-19 test within three days of their cruise.

Destination Requirements

• In most cases, unvaccinated guests are free to disembark and enjoy their time ashore. However, destinations reserve the right to imposed certain restrictions.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

Answer: NO,  For U.S. citizens, a passport is not required to take a closed loop sailing (though it's always recommended, especially when visiting foreign ports of call).  If your cruise begins and ends in the same U.S. port -- for example, sailing roundtrip Miami to Miami -- then you are embarking on what is considered a closed loop cruise. You will only need a birth certificate and valid state identification card or drivers license. Click here for more info.

Q. DO I HAVE TO BE VACCINATED TO CRUISE?

Answer: NO.

Q. DO CHILDREN PAY THE SAME AS ADULTS?

Answer: YES. Cruise fares are per person which includes children and infants. Infants must be at least 6 months of age at the time of embarkation in order to sail.

Q. CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL ONBOARD?

Answer: NO. Guests are prohibited from bringing alcoholic beverages on board with the following exception: At the beginning of the cruise during embarkation day only, guests (21 years of age and older) may bring one 750 ml bottle of sealed/unopened wine or champagne per person in their carry-on luggage. A $15 USD corkage fee per 750 ml bottle, will be charged should guests wish to consume their wine or champagne in the main dining room, steakhouse or bar.

Guests are prohibited from bringing water, sodas and other non-alcoholic beverages onboard that are packaged in bottles. A small quantity of non-alcoholic beverages (i.e., sparkling water, sodas, juice, and milk) packaged in cans or cartons may be brought onboard on embarkation day and must be in the guest's carry-on luggage. A small quantity is considered a maximum of 12 sealed, unopened cans/cartons of 12 ounces (ca 350 ml) each or less per person.

All liquor, beer, other forms of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages outside of the exceptions referenced above are strictly prohibited in both carry-on and checked luggage and such items will be confiscated and discarded and no compensation will be provided. Click here

It is highly recommended that all guests travel with a passport valid for at least six months beyond completion of travel (unless otherwise noted). This will enhance the debarkation experience as delays may be expected upon return to the United States for those without one. Additionally, this will enable guests to fly from the United States to meet their ship at a foreign port should they miss their scheduled port of embarkation and allow guests who must disembark the ship before their cruise ends due to an emergency to fly back to the United States without significant delays and complications.

General Terms and Conditions

Group Organizer's Responsibilities are:
1. To handle all payments and payment processing.
2. To provide invoices to all guest(s) attending the trip to pay for their tour if applicable. 
3. To provide all guest(s) with updates and balances on payments.
3. To provide all final confirmations and details upon FINAL PAYMENT.

Guest(s) Responsibilities are:
1. To provide neccesary documentation to enter any domestic or International travel.
2. To finance additional items or activities that are not listed. 
3. To make all payments according to payment plan agreed on. 
4. All guests waive releases, discharges, and covenants not to sue Plans4YouTravel Agency LLC, and  affiliates, members, sponsors, organizers, or other representatives or their successors and assigns for injuries or damages of any kind suffered as a result of this vacation or any related activity. Guests are solely responsible to return property to Carnival Cruise Line in its original state.
5. All payments will be made with Credit/Debit or bank account transfers. Cash and checks not acceptable.
6. Guests agrees to full permission, perpetual, and worldwide for organizers to use all names, photographs, video, audio, or quotations in accounts or promotions in any medium.
7. Guests who do not agree to this contract will be unable to book this vacation. Making a deposit means guests agree to these terms.
8 If payment plan is chosen, guest(s) must pay their deposit to hold their spot.
9. Tour organizers reserve the right to cancel this tour at any time prior to the date of the tour. Refunds of 50% paid to guest will be honored under this circumstance.
10. Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
11. All payments to Plans4YouTravel Agency LLC dba Plans4YouTravel are non-refundable and non-transferable.
12. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport or state issued ID. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport or state issued ID.
13. Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee up until the final payment date and $250 after final payment date plus any vendor fees.
