Payment Terms:
Monthly Payments: Participants are required to adhere to a scheduled monthly payment plan. A grace period of 14 days post the due date is allowed for flexibility.
Full Payment: All payments must be completed by August 3, 2024. A grace period extending to August 8, 2024, is provided for final settlements.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees. Failure to meet payment obligations twice consecutively may lead to trip cancellation.
Deposit Information:
Deposits: Required to secure booking and are non-refundable.
Cancellation Terms:
More Than 75 Days Prior (Before August 11, 2024): Payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit, can be transferred to a future group trip.
Between 70 and 35 Days Prior (August 12, 2024, to September 19, 2024): Cancellations are subject to a 50% fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% will be credited towards a future trip.
Credits Expiry: Any credits must be utilized within 12 months; otherwise, they will expire.
Participants are advised to review these terms carefully to ensure full understanding and agreement.
