How to Book Your Room

Step 5: Submit deposit payment authorization
Once your deposit has been authorized, you will receive a confirmation email within 24–72 hours along with a travel insurance quote.

After the final payment date, the trip is 100% non-refundable.

No changes can be made unless you upgrade to the Essential or Premium Rate once reservation is deposited and confirmed. Changes requested after the group’s final payment date will incur a $100.00 per cabin fee (refundable if the request cannot be accommodated by the supplier).
