Welcome to Glamping with the Gurlz (GWTG), a cozy getaway brought to you by yours truly, Call Her Cle Travel & Logistics. While I've been on many cabin trips in Gatlinburg, none have promised an experience quite like this [For Women, by Women, supporting Women]. 

When I envisioned GWTG, my goal was to curate a truly unique vibe - bringing together multifaceted, empowered women from all walks of life in a space that's truly safe for us. Imagine twerking uninhibited in your coziest mumus, belting out karaoke jams, bonding over movies, and engaging in those beloved girlfriend chats that fill your souls. 

With pampering activities, great food, and an itinerary crafted for maximum relaxation and carefree fun, GWTG promises to be the cabin getaway you never knew you needed. 

I can't wait to host you incredible ladies for this one-of-a-kind glamping experience.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I get there?

Knoxville (TYS) Airport is about 1hr from Gatlinburg. Once everyone is booked, there will be a group-chat to coordinate carpooling & transportation to minimize the number of vehicles on-site. Many people drive from Atl, Charlotte, Raleigh, Nashville. If this is a huge concern, reach out to me directly and we will figure it out, book your spot.
 

Are all rooms shared?

Yes, all rooms are shared. You can book with your preferred roommates or list them on the roommate form. If you do not have a roommate, I will assign roommates. The cabin is very large with many common areas, bedrooms, queen & king-sized beds and futons. There are no single-occupancy rooms. There will be ample space in the cabin and opportunities to get acquainted with other attendees.
 

Why is it the same price for everyone if the rooms are different?

The price is not based on the room assignment but on the experience as a whole and all included activities. The goal is for attendees to spend time together instead of being hidden away in their rooms (nothing wrong with a nap queen). This also allows flexibility with room assignments and the ability to accommodate roommate preferences and solo travelers. PS. No one will be assigned to the living room.

Can I bring extra food, drinks snacks, and alcohol?

Yes, you may bring your own as well. We understand some people may have dietary restrictions or just want food on their own time. Do not leave food/containers out overnight or opened while not being consumed. Gatlinburg is known for moonshine. BYOB.
 

What should I wear?

In December, Gatlinburg is chilly. We may not see any snow yet, but dress cozy. Indoor comfy attire, pajamas, loungewear, yoga clothes. A swimsuit for the jacuzzi and/or pool.
 
There's one dress up 'Glamorous' Dinner where you can show up and show out without leaving the cabin. It's a celebration as we prepare to close out 2024 & bring in 2025!
 

What else should I pack?

While these items will be available, I always recommend packing toiletries, extra towels/washcloths, or any preferred products (especially if you have sensitive skin). A water bottle, hair care items, bonnet/scarf, mini-throw blanket, anything that'll enhance your time in Gatlinburg. Most importantly bring a positive attitude.

What's NOT included:

  • Alcohol - BYOB, I'll have some but trust me, bring more if you're a drinker.

  • Add-On Spa Services - You may reserve now or in person upon availability

  • Transportation/Airfare is NOT included.

    • Knoxville, TN (TYS) is the closest full-service airport. About 1hr from Gatlinburg

    • I strongly recommend carpooling with other attendees from cities such as ATL, Charlotte, Nashville

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Final Payment: Final payment must be received on or before the final payment due date. Failure to submit the final payment as required will result in an automatic cancellation of the entire reservation. CALL HER CLE TRAVEL & LOGISTICS will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation

  • YOU MUST BE  21 OR OVER TO JOIN.

  • Due to strict contractual obligations with the property, This trip is NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON UNLESS WE CANCEL.

The final payment due date is November 5, 2024. Any reservations not paid in full by the final payment date will incur a late penalty of $100.00 per person on November 15, 2024. This mandatory fee will be automatically added to your invoice. After the fee is charged,  the trip must be paid in FULL within 15 days (November 30), or your reservation will be canceled and all monies forfeited. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. This will be monitored and enforced for this trip.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation must be received in writing. The following cancellation terms apply. No refunds are made for late cancellations, no-shows, or unused services during this trip. Travel delays, trip cancellations, trip interruptions, loss of property, and medical services will not be reimbursed and must be submitted to the passenger's travel insurance for claims. CALL HER CLE TRAVEL & LOGISTICS is not held liable for any aforementioned incidents.

A $199 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due to secure your booking. Space is subject to availability and still has to be booked. 

 If cancellation notice is received after final payment, the following terms apply:

• "No Show" situations where the traveler does not check-in and is denied boarding situations are not covered

• No name changes or substitutions on travel protection plans

• Cost to change to an alternate scheduled airline as a result of an airline schedule change before departure
