Non-Refundable Payments

After you approve your reservation all trip payments will become non-refundable unless you purchase travel insurance.   
 
Passports
It is critical that you list your name on your reservation exactly as it appears on your passport or passport application.  Once airline tickets are issued, the traveler is responsible for any airline imposed fees for voluntary changes, such as name changes, name corrections, or schedule changes.  Please provide a copy of your main passport page or passport application.  Email it to tiffany@selahtravel.biz; or text a picture to 678-937-9115.
 

Name Correction Fee

The Name Correction Fee is $50.00 per person.  Supplier change fees may be required, as well. 

 

 
 

Selah Travel is acting as an agent for suppliers (i.e. air and ground transportation, hotels, meals, tours, cruises, etc.).  Therefore, Selah Travel shall not be responsible for breach of contract of any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, itinerary changes, cancellations, or injury to you or your travel companions or group.  The traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases Selah Travel from, any of these duties:

·       Checking criminal history or other entry requirements, and verifying safety or security advisories.  Current information can be found on the U.S. State Department website: https://travel.state.gov. Or contact the Travel Advisory Section at (202) 647-­5225.

·       Checking, meeting, and verifying vaccination and other health requirements. For medical information, call the Public Health Service (404) 332-4559.

·       All guests must travel with a passport book that is valid for at least six months after the trip.  If your passport will expire before this date, you should renew it before the trip.  Instructions for renewing or applying for a new passport are found at http://travel.state.gov/passport.  

·       By embarking upon the trip the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. The traveler is hereby warned of such risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage. The traveler's acceptance of physical or electronic reservation notifications shall constitute consent to the Terms and Conditions stated above.

The Virgin Voyages cruise deposit is refundable for 7 days. Cancellations after then will receive a voucher or you may be able to change the sailing date. Selah Travel strongly suggests purchasing travel insurance so that all payments are considered for reimbursement if you have to cancel the trip.
