A valid US passport book is required for international travel. Please ensure your passport is valid beyond June 17, 2026.

How to Book

 

1.Select the Number of Travelers
First, choose how many travelers you are paying a deposit for.
 
2. Select Your Package
Choose the appropriate package based on the number of occupants in your room. For example, if two people will share the room, select the Double Occupancy package.
  • Single Occupancy: One person in a room
  • Double Occupancy: Two people in a room
 
3. Enter Passenger Information
Fill in the traveler details and submit your deposit.
 
If two guests sharing a room need separate invoices, each can submit a separate reservation form and note the other person as their roommate. Roommates have 14 days to complete their forms. If forms are not completed within this period, the rate will default to Single Occupancy pricing.

 

Change & Cancellation Policy

Please note, all payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable. 

 

If one person in a double occupancy room cancels, the remaining guest’s rate will be updated to a single occupancy rate unless a replacement roommate is provided. The payments made by the cancelling party can not be transferred to the remaining guest or replacement. The replacement is subject to a name change fee.

 

A one-time name change is permitted at a fee of $100. All name changes must be requested prior to the final payment deadline.

 

No room or roommate changes can be made after your final payoff date.

 

 

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance can cover medical emergencies, trip delays, lost or delayed baggage, and cancellations.

Airfare

The travel package does not international airfare to Accra (ACC). When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to dates and plan your flight accordingly. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Ghana for hotel check-in on December 17, 2025. This means many of you must fly out of the United States on December 16, 2025. You should also schedule your departure flight for December 23, 2025.

 

Mandatory Payments

 

  • Deposit: $200 per person to secure your spot
  • 1st Payment: $500 per person due by January 15, 2025
  • 2nd Payment: $500 per person due by April 15, 2025
  • 3rd Payment: $500 per person due by July 15, 2025
  • 4th Payment: $500 per person due by September 15, 2025

 

These payment deadlines ensure that all contractual obligations for the group are met on time.

Additional Payments can be made at any time.

 
Vaccination

All travellers above nine (9) months old coming into Ghana are required to have been vaccinated against Yellow fever.
