📅 Itinerary – RIU Negril Group Trip

Day 1 – Arrival in Jamaica (July 10, 2026)

  • Arrive at Sangster International Airport (MBJ) in Montego Bay.

  • Meet your driver for roundtrip airport transfer to RIU Negril.

  • Check into your room and enjoy a welcome drink.

  • Spend the evening relaxing on the beach, exploring the resort, or enjoying live entertainment.

Day 2 – Relax & Explore

  • Enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast.

  • Spend the day lounging by the pool or on the beach.

  • Try out included resort activities like kayaking, snorkeling, or paddleboarding.

  • Evening: Catch one of the resort’s themed dinner nights or shows.

Day 3 – Group Excursion Day 🌟

  • Join the included group excursion (details to be announced — could be a catamaran cruise, cultural tour, or adventure activity).

  • Return to the resort in the afternoon for relaxation.

  • Evening at leisure — dinner and nightlife at the resort.

Day 4 – Optional Adventures

  • Choose from optional excursions (additional cost) such as:

✈️ Flight Booking Instructions

 

  • Book your flights using airport code MBJ (Montego Bay, Jamaica).
  • Roundtrip airport transfers are included.
  • Submit your flight itinerary at least 30 days before departure so transfers can be properly arranged.
  • A valid passport expiring at least six (6) months after your return date is required.

 

🚫 Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

  • This trip is NON-REFUNDABLE for any guest-initiated cancellation.
  • No refunds or travel credits will be issued.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

💳 Payment Schedule

  • Monthly payments are due on the last day of each month after your deposit is made.
  • Final balance is due by June 5, 2026.

 

📝 Booking & Name Requirements

 

  • Reservations must be made under your legal name as it appears on your passport.
  • Name changes/corrections will incur a $50 fee per name.
