4. CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1 Non-Refundable Deposits
- All $50 and $100 deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If a participant cancels their booking, the deposit will not be returned or credited toward future cruises.
4.2 Cancellation Fees
In addition to the non-refundable deposit, the following penalties will apply for cancellations based on the number of days before sailing:

| 74 – 61 Days | 50% of the cruise fare | January 22, 2026 |
| 60 – 31 Days | 75% of the cruise fare | February 5, 2026 |
| 30 – 0 Days | 100% of the cruise fare (No Refund) | March 7, 2026 |
4.3 Name Changes & Transfers

Name changes are subject to approval and will incur the following fees:
- $75 fee for domestic
- $125 fee for international
- Changes to name must be within 60 days before sailing may result in additional penalties or rebooking fees.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to Royal Caribbean's refund policy as outlined in their Cruise Ticket Contract (www.RoyalCaribbean.com/cruiseticketcontract).
- If a cancellation occurs due to Force Majeure (e.g., weather, government restrictions), refunds or credits will be issued at Royal Caribbean’s discretion.
