Credit Card Authorization & Terms & Conditions Agreement

We’re excited to assist you with your upcoming travel plans!

Please carefully review the following agreement. This document outlines what you can expect from Lavish Life Travelers (referred to as “the Agency”) and what the Agency expects from you (“the Client”).

🔐 PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By submitting this form and/or submitting payment, you authorize Lavish Life Travelers to charge your credit card, debit card, or bank account for the amount listed on your invoice for the services described.

You understand and agree to the following:

• All payments made to Lavish Life Travelers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• You certify that you are the authorized cardholder for the payment method used and will not dispute the charges so long as the transaction corresponds to the services outlined in this invoice.
• Payments may take 24–48 hours to process.
• Please ensure your card is unlocked for travel-related or online transactions.
• If your card is declined, you will be contacted within 24 hours. A $25 payment reprocessing fee will be charged if an alternate payment is not submitted within 48 hours.

📝 TERMS OF SERVICE

For this agreement:

• “Agency” refers to Lavish Life Travelers.
• “Client” refers to the individual booking the trip and signing this agreement.
• “Trip” refers to the specific group experience or custom travel package being booked.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All Lavish Life Travelers group trips are 21+ only, unless otherwise stated. A valid government-issued ID (REAL ID or passport) is required for all activities and resort check-in.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. Your balance must be paid in full by the final deadline listed on your invoice.
• You may choose from one of the following payment options:
  
  1. Pay in Full
  2. Monthly Payments
  3. Biweekly Payments
• You are responsible for the remaining current on your payment plan. Failure to stay current may result in removal from the trip with no refund.
• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  No exceptions will be made, including illness, personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or missed travel.
• Hotel Incidental Fee tax is not included in your package and must be paid directly to the resort at check-in.
• Flights are not included unless clearly stated in your package.

• If you cancel within 45 days of the trip departure date, a $355 per person cancellation penalty will apply, and all funds previously paid will be forfeited. This policy is non-negotiable and applies regardless of reason, including emergencies, illness, or missed flights. We strongly recommend securing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of last-minute changes.

   

⚠️ TRAVEL INSURANCE DISCLAIMER

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

Delays, cancellations, lost baggage, or emergencies can impact your travel experience. Insurance helps protect your investment and peace of mind.

Lavish Life Travelers does not provide insurance directly, but we recommend purchasing a policy from:

• Allianz Travel
• Travel Guard
• Travel Insured International

We recommend selecting a policy that includes:

• Trip cancellation/interruption
• Emergency medical coverage
• Delayed/lost baggage
• Missed connection or travel delay

TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITY

• You are responsible for ensuring you arrive on time to all group activities, check-ins, and transfers.
• No refunds will be provided for missed events, activities, or departures due to personal delays.
• Lavish Life Travelers is not responsible for any missed experiences due to lack of documentation or failure to meet entry requirements.
• You agree to conduct yourself respectfully with fellow travelers, vendors, and staff at all times.

Roommate Policy for Double Occupancy Bookings

• If you are registering under a double occupancy package, you are responsible for selecting and confirming your own roommate.
• If your roommate cancels or withdraws for any reason, you must either:
  
  • Find a new roommate before the final payment deadline
  • Or assume the full cost of the room (single occupancy rate)
• If no replacement roommate is provided by the final due date, the remaining balance for the room will be added to your invoice and must be paid in full before the trip.

📸 MEDIA RELEASE

By joining a Lavish Life Travelers trip, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed for marketing purposes.

DISPUTES & CHARGEBACK POLICY

• By submitting a deposit or payment, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to all terms outlined in this agreement and on the trip landing page.
• Any chargebacks initiated outside of these terms will be contested with supporting documentation.
• You may be permanently removed from future Lavish Life Travelers trips if you initiate an unauthorized dispute or chargeback.

FINAL AGREEMENT LANGUAGE

By submitting your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to the full Terms & Conditions and Payment Authorization Agreement.
