CANCELLATION POLICY:
CRUISE
Cancellation penalties apply to all guests in a stateroom and are assessed in the event of either partial or full stateroom cancellations. All cancellations requests must be submitted in writing to the travel advisor. The supplier’s reservation system will keep the higher calculated penalty amount when the guest’s reservation is canceled. Percentage penalty charged applies to total cruise fare, taxes and fees.
Cancellations may be made before the final payment date of June 1, 2024, 11:59 p.m. EST, and passengers will be entitled to a full refund. Any cancellations made after August 2, 2021. will be subject to the following penalties and schedule:
- Cancellations made between June 1, 2024 and July 14, 2024 – 25% total cruise fare penalty assessed
- Cancellations made between July 15, 2024, and August 13, 2024 – 50% total cruise fare penalty assessed
- Cancellations made between August 14, 2024 and September 13, 2024 – 75% total cruise fare penalty assessed
- Cancellations made on or after September 14, 2024 – 100% total cruise fare penalty assessed
No refund will be given in the event of interruption or cancellation by guests after the start of the cruise. The remaining balances will become a Future Cruise Credit towards the client’s account.

Q: How should I book a package if I intend on booking a studio cabin package?
A: Please click here to register and receive an invoice for a Studio Cabin. Studio cabin package pricing and availability are subject to change. Studio cabin and land space will only be held for 24 hours after a successful registration. After 24 hours, space will cancel and new pricing and availability apply. Studio cabins are located on Decks 10, 11 and 12.
Q: How should I book a package if I intend on having a roommate?
A: When two or more roommates need to split the cost of a cabin, each person should book individually at the single-occupancy rate, and then reach out to the travel advisor via email him know who they will be rooming with.
At that time, the advisor will merge the bookings to merge the two bookings together, which will move them both into a single trip with dual occupancy pricing and place the extra room back into your inventory. Each person must pick the same room category with the same number of nights in the hotel stay.
Q: Will I need a passport for this cruise?
A: Yes. A passport is required for this cruise and entry into Europe. If you do not have the appropriate documentation, you will be denied entry and any applicable fees are not covered by Travel Insurance. A: Not quite! The time listed on the itinerary is the time the ship is scheduled to arrive into port. Guests usually have breakfast or do a tour and will leave the ship usually around 9:30 a.m. local time.
