Our booking link, quote forms and website is periodically updated regularly with the price changes and availability, which constantly changes as rooms are booked and reserved 24/7. This means pricing advertised on our flyers, brochures, website, social media posts, eblasts etc. can become out dated at any time. In the event there is a change in price or availability when you make your deposit we will notify you if the increase is greater than $50 per person, or if the room you requested is sold out. You have 48hrs from receipt of that email to request a refund or we will confirm your reservation with the prevailing rates.

It is best to register sooner than later as pricing and availability is subject to change. With supply and demand, today's price may not be available tomorrow.

Itinerary:

DAY 1, Friday- Depart for Indonesia

DAY 2, Saturday- Arrive in Denpasar, Transfer to Ubud

DAY 3, Sunday- ARMA Museum & Monkey Forest 

DAY 4, Monday- Tegalalang, Tirta Empul Temple

DAY 5, Tuesday- Morning at Leisure or Optional Bali Swing or Flower Bath - (Bali swing or flower bath is an extra charge - averaging approximately $30)

DAY 6, Wednesday-Full leisure day in Benoa or Optional Full Day Nusa Lembongan by Catamaran. 

Day 7, Thursday - Half Day Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK), Optional Devdan Show

Day 8, Friday -  Full Day in Benoa or Optional Barong Dance and Tanah Lot; Farewell Dinner

Payments:
Payments are made through my secure system via invoicing. Please note that monthly payments are required. Partial payments are accepted but you must make a payment monthly or risk your booking being canceled. Only credit and/or debit cards are acceptable forms of payment. Please note that payments are NOT automatically taken from your account when you make the payment, I must process them. Please leave your cards on until you receive a receipt from me regarding your payment. Allow 24-48 hours for payments to be processed and for you to receive your payment confirmation.
 
If you are paying your own deposit but have a roommate, select 1 at checkout and the invoice will be updated based on the number of guests per room.
 
All prices shown on deals are for double occupancy rates. If you are traveling solo or in a group, Your invoice will be adjusted.  There is a $500 surcharge for single occupancy. 

 

 
Steps on How to Book:
  • Click Book Now based on which room category you want
  • On the next screen, it will ask for the number of travelers (in the drop down box, choose the number of people you are paying your deposit for)
  • On the far right, it will tell you the overall cost of your trip package, then click continue to traveler
  • On the next screen, it will say enter traveler details
  • If you are booking for you and your roommate, enter all the details for your roommate 
  • Then proceed to making the payment
