Resort Cancellation / Refund Policy:

 

All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the travel date may apply a $200 deposit credit toward another trip with the same trip supplier. No cash refunds will be issued for deposits.

 

Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to the travel date result in the deposit being non-refundable and non-transferable. For cancellations occurring within 60 days of arrival, the following cancellation penalties will apply to the remaining trip balance:

  • 60–31 days prior to arrival: 40% of the total trip cost
  • 30–7 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total trip cost
  • 6 days–72 hours prior to arrival: 100% of the total trip cost (no refund)

 

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Please note that travel insurance does not waive or override the supplier’s cancellation policy. Any reimbursement is determined solely by the terms of the travel insurance provider and the reason for cancellation. Options available upon request.
