All payments to Travel Legacy, Inc. are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.  Please be sure you will attend event before submitting payment. This is because Travel Legacy, Inc. has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds.  This is the way that we can ensure low package prices that allow you to make installment payments.  All final payment dates are clearly noted on the website of the event.  It is your responsibility to ensure payments arrive to us on or before that date.  A $50 late fee MAY be added to any payments made after the due date.  If you are paying late, you must send your request by email and give us the date you will make your late payment.  If you fail to make your final payment by the final payment date, your reservation will automatically cancel and all previous deposits will forfeit.  You can join an event at any time by making the total required payment amounts due, provided that space is still available. 

TRAVEL PROTECTION - Missing a vacation is bad enough.  Losing all of your money is even worse.  We HIGHLY recommend the purchase of travel insurance.  You can click HERE to purchase insurance.  

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

• A valid passport is required for travel for six months beyond your travel date.  For this vacation package, your passport should not expire before September 19, 2025.    
• A full day by day itinerary will be provided 30 days before travel if not sooner.  
• At check in a credit card may be required for incidentals.
