📋 ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By making a reservation for this trip, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all Terms & Conditions outlined in this agreement.

💳 NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS
All payments made to All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.

🛑 THIS TRIP IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

🛡️ TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to protect your vacation investment against unforeseen circumstances.

 

🛂 PASSPORT REQUIREMENT

A valid passport is required for international travel.

Your passport must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the date of your return.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they meet all passport, visa, and entry requirements applicable to their travel.

 

💰 DEPOSIT

The required trip deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Payment of the deposit confirms your reservation and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

 

🛡️ TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY

Travel insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to protect your vacation investment.

Travelers are also encouraged to consider a Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) option, when available. CFAR is an optional upgrade offered by some travel insurance providers and may provide broader cancellation protection than standard trip-cancellation coverage. Coverage, eligibility, reimbursement limits, and deadlines vary by policy.

✈️ FAYE TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travelers may purchase trip protection through Faye Travel Insurance at the time of booking or within 10 days of booking, subject to the insurance provider’s applicable terms and eligibility requirements.

🛑 CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

This trip is NON-REFUNDABLE for cancellations initiated by the traveler.

No refund or travel credit will be issued for traveler-initiated cancellations, except where specifically required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing.

All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC enters into contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, transportation companies, tour operators, and other travel vendors. These vendors may impose non-refundable terms and cancellation penalties.

The non-refundable structure allows All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC to secure group accommodations and services while offering package pricing and convenient monthly payment options.

 

✈️ AIRLINE & FLIGHT INFORMATION

Should airline pricing increase above the rate originally calculated into the trip package, All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC reserves the right to adjust the final invoice accordingly.

🏠 DOMESTIC AIRFARE

Travelers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own flights:

• 🛫 From their home airport to the designated U.S. departure airport
• 🛬 From the designated U.S. arrival airport back to their home airport

IMPORTANT: Before purchasing your U.S. domestic flights, please confirm that there have been no changes to the group itinerary or airline schedule.

 

🏨 HOTEL INFORMATION

At hotel check-in, travelers may be required to provide a credit card to cover personal incidentals, including but not limited to:

• Room service
• Meals and beverages that are not included above
• Telephone charges
• Room damage
• Other personal expenses

These charges are the traveler’s responsibility and are not included in the trip package unless specifically stated.

 

🗓️ ITINERARY & TRIP PREPARATION

📖 DETAILED ITINERARY

A complete day-by-day itinerary is expected to be provided approximately 30–60 days prior to travel.

The itinerary will assist travelers in planning:

• 🚌 Scheduled transportation
• 🗺️ Excursions and activities
• ⏰ Meeting times
• 👗 Themed outfits, if applicable
• 🕐 Personal/free time

📱 WHATSAPP GROUP

A WhatsApp group will be created for trip-related communication, updates, reminders, and important travel information.

💻 ZOOM MEETINGS

Several Zoom meetings will be scheduled prior to departure to review trip details and provide travelers with an opportunity to ask questions and prepare for the journey.

 

💵 MONTHLY PAYMENTS

📅 Scheduled monthly payments MUST be received on or before the 20th of each month.

Your FINAL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN THE FINAL PAYMENT DATE listed on your invoice.

💳 TravelJoy’s applicable credit card processing and administrative fees will appear on your monthly invoice under Convenience Fee.

Failure to make payments by the required deadlines may result in cancellation of the reservation and/or loss of funds paid, subject to the terms of this agreement.

 

💱 CURRENCY & INTERNATIONAL RATE ADJUSTMENTS

Trip pricing may be based on international exchange rates in effect at the time the trip package is quoted.

If significant currency fluctuations or supplier price increases occur, All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC reserves the right to adjust the final invoice accordingly.

Any applicable adjustment will be communicated to the traveler.

 

💳 CONVENIENCE FEES

The Convenience Fee may include applicable:

• 💳 Credit card processing fees
• 💻 TravelJoy technology fees
• 🗂️ Administrative/processing fees

TravelJoy is a third-party processing and technology provider. Applicable convenience fees are collected through their payment-processing system and wil be divided among the traveler’s scheduled monthly payments.

 

🗺️ DETAILED ITINERARY

A detailed day-by-day itinerary is expected to be released approximately 30–60 days before departure.

The itinerary is designed to help travelers plan their free time, activities, excursions, and themed outfits, when applicable.

 

🛑 CANCELLATION POLICY

At All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC, we curate group travel experiences involving pre-arranged accommodations, excursions, transportation, activities, and other travel services.

Because these services are secured in advance under group and supplier agreements, this trip operates under a strict:

🚫 NO CANCELLATION • NO REFUND POLICY

All payments are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing.

No credits, refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be provided for:

• ❌ Traveler cancellations
• ❌ Unused portions of the trip
• ❌ Missed activities or excursions
• ❌ Missed transportation
• ❌ Early departure
• ❌ Failure to travel

🛡️ TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to help protect against eligible unforeseen circumstances.

 

🔄 TRANSFER OF TRIP

If you are unable to travel and would like to request a transfer of your reservation to another person, All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC may consider the request at its discretion.

Any approved transfer must be requested no later than 30 days prior to departure.

If you have a roommate, you must obtain your roommate’s written approval before requesting a transfer that could affect the shared accommodation.

💰 TRANSFER FEES

Any applicable name-change, cancellation, rebooking, or transfer fees charged by airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other travel vendors will be the responsibility of the traveler.

The replacement traveler must:

• Complete all required registration documents
• Agree to these Terms & Conditions
• Assume the existing payment schedule
• Pay any applicable transfer/name-change fees

Approval of a transfer is not guaranteed.

 

✉️ CANCELLATION BY TRAVELER

Once a reservation has been made, cancellation requests must be submitted IN WRITING.

If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 72 hours (or 3 business days), please call:

🛑 IMPORTANT

As stated throughout these Terms & Conditions, all payments made to All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

🤝 GUEST CONDUCT GUIDELINES

At All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC, our goal is to create an elevated, enjoyable, and welcoming travel experience for every guest. We ask that all travelers conduct themselves with courtesy, respect, and consideration throughout the journey.

✨ RESPECT & COURTESY

Please treat all fellow travelers, local guides, hotel staff, transportation providers, vendors, and other guests with kindness, courtesy, and respect.

⏰ TIMELINESS

Guests are expected to follow all scheduled meeting times, departure times, and activity schedules. Your punctuality helps ensure that the group experience runs smoothly and allows everyone to enjoy the planned itinerary.

🚫 UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR

The following behaviors will not be tolerated:

• 🍷 Excessive intoxication or disruptive behavior
• ⚖️ Illegal activities
• 🚫 Harassment or intimidation
• 🤍 Discrimination or hateful conduct
• 🛑 Violence, threats, or aggressive behavior
• ⚠️ Behavior that compromises the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of other guests
• 📢 Repeated disruptive or disrespectful conduct

🛡️ RIGHT TO REMOVE A GUEST

All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC reserves the right, at its discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law, to remove a participant from group activities or arrangements when their conduct presents a safety concern or materially disrupts the experience of other guests.

No refund or credit will be provided for activities, services, or portions of the trip missed as a result of removal due to prohibited or disruptive conduct.

Guests may also be responsible for any additional expenses resulting from their removal, including transportation, lodging, meals, or other arrangements.

📸 PHOTO & MEDIA ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Throughout your All Luxe Travel & Cruise LLC experience, photos and videos may be captured during group activities, excursions, events, dinners, and other trip-related experiences.

📷 HOW IMAGES MAY BE USED

By participating in the experience, guests acknowledge that photographs and/or videos in which they may appear may be used by All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC for legitimate business and promotional purposes, including:

• 📱 Social Media
• 📣 Marketing Campaigns
• 🖥️ Promotional Materials
• ✈️ Future Trip Advertisements
• 🌐 Website & Digital Content
• 📚 Travel Brochures and Promotional Materials

We strive to capture the authentic joy, excitement, culture, and unforgettable moments of our group experiences while being mindful of our guests’ comfort and personal boundaries.

If you have a specific concern regarding photography or media participation, please communicate your concern with an All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC representative as early as possible.

🛏️ ROOMMATE POLICY

All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC, Yolanda Riley, and any affiliates, agents, representatives, or persons acting on behalf of All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC (further known as The Company) are not responsible for decisions, agreements, disputes, or issues arising between travelers regarding roommate arrangements.

Each traveler is responsible for securing their own roommate.

If another traveler is also seeking a roommate, All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC may assist by introducing the parties. However, it is solely the responsibility of the travelers to determine compatibility and agree to share accommodations.

🤝 ROOMMATE AGREEMENT

Travelers are responsible for all decisions regarding:

• 🛏️ Roommate selection
• 🤝 Compatibility
• 💰 Shared expenses
• 📋 Personal agreements
• 🗣️ Communication between roommates

The Company does not guarantee that a roommate pairing will be compatible.

🚨 IF A ROOMMATE CANCELS

If a roommate cancels for any reason, the remaining traveler will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

The remaining traveler may then:

OPTION 1: 👥 Find an approved replacement roommate.

OPTION 2: 🛏️ Pay the applicable single-occupancy rate, if available.

Any additional charges resulting from a roommate cancellation are the responsibility of the remaining traveler unless otherwise agreed in writing.

📝 ROOM ASSIGNMENT

To help ensure accurate room assignments, both roommates should:

1. Register for the trip.
2. Submit their required deposits.
3. Confirm their roommate arrangement in writing with All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC.

Once both travelers have agreed to room together, paid their required deposits, and notified the Company in writing, the Company will assign the agreed-upon room according to the trip’s accommodation structure and availability.

 

📜 AGREEMENT & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read, reviewed, and fully understand the Terms & Conditions contained herein.

I acknowledge that I understand the payment, cancellation, travel insurance, airline, itinerary, roommate, and other policies outlined in this agreement.

By signing, I agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the applicable limitations of liability relating to my participation in this trip.

I understand that All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC serves as a travel advisor/organizer and that portions of my trip may be provided by independent airlines, hotels, transportation companies, tour operators, excursion providers, and other travel suppliers.

I agree to hold harmless and release All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC, its owner, agents, representatives, and affiliates from claims to the extent permitted by applicable law.
