• Making reservations for this trip signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions as set forth within this contract.

• I understand all payments to All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.  I further acknowledge that I have been advised to purchase travel insurance to protect my investment.

PASSPORT

• A Valid passport that expires later than 6 months after this trip is required.

DEPOSIT

The required Deposit amount is NON-REFUNDABLE. 

TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY

It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you purchase a Travel Insurance Policy to protect your vacation investment.  It is further recommended that you purchase the Cancel  for Any Reason (CFAR) option that is available as an upgrade on several of the comprehensive travel insurance plans and is a great option that allows travelers to cancel their trip for ANY REASON that is not otherwise covered in their base plan, provided they cancel their trip more than 48 hours before their departure date. 

Missing a vacation is bad enough but losing the money you paid is even worse. That being said, purchasing trip cancellation insurance through Faye Travel Insurance (at time of booking or within 10 days of booking.  If you decide to purchase within the 10 days,  please contact Yolanda Riley at  512-694-9574 to request an Invoice and pay for Faye Travel Insurance, or you may select a Travel Insurance company of your choice)

This trip is NON REFUNDABLE for any cancellation initiated by the guest.  You will not receive a refund nor a travel credit. All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. Therefore, this trip is NON REFUNDABLE. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

• Should the airline price increase above the rate that was calculated in the cost of this trip, All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC reserve the right to reflect the price in the final invoice.

• You are responsible for your Airline Flights from your home base to JFK, New York and from JFK, New York back to your home base.

• Our tentative airline flight schedule is as follows:

Flight schedule is subject to change.  

Prior to making your US Domestic Flight arrangements, please confirm that there are no changes based on the Airline Schedule. 

• At check-in at Hotels, a credit Card will be required to cover personal incidentals.

• A full day by day itinerary will be provided 30-60 days before travel.

• A Facebook Event page specific to this trip will be created.

• A WhatsApp Group will be created.

• Zoom calls will be setup to go over the Trip Details.

MONTHLY PAYMENTS

• Scheduled monthly payments Must be made on or before the 20th of each month.  Final payment for this trip must be received NO Later than the Final Payment Date.   Traveljoy’s credit card processing fees will be reflected monthly on the invoice under the title of Convenience Fee.

• All prices are based on the International rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation.  In the event that the US dollar devalues, All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC reserves the right to reflect changes in the final invoice.

CONVENIENCE FEES

The convenience fee is comprised of credit card processing fees and Traveljoy's technology and administrative fees.  Traveljoy is a third-party processing company and the convenience fees are collected by their company. The convenience fees will be divided equally and will be included in each monthly payments.

Detailed Itinerary:  Day by Day schedule to be released 30-60 days in advance to plan your free time and your Themed Outfits (if any).

🛑 CANCELLATION POLICY 

At All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC, we curate unforgettable travel experiences with precision, passion, and meticulous planning.   Because this is a custom group package with pre-arranged accommodation, excursions, and services, we operate under a strict No Cancellation, No Refund policy.

TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY 

TRANSFERABLE TRIP:

If you are unable to travel and would like to transfer your trip to someone of your choice, it is at our discretion as to if we will allow this to happen, due to our policy.  If you are allowed to transfer your trip, this has to be done within 30 days prior to departure.  Should you have a roommate, you must obtain approval in writing from said roommate, if applicable, prior to making a request, if the said roommate is okay with the change.

Further, any name change fees from any of our Travel Vendors will be your responsibility. Your replacement person must comply with the payment schedule as described in this document. 

All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. Therefore, this trip is Non-Refundable. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. 

CANCELLATION BY TRAVELER

Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to info@AllLuxeTravel.com with your invoice number, full name and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 72 hours (or 3 business days), please call 512-694-9574 to ensure your information has been received. As stated above, you acknowledge and agree that all payments that you make to All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC is non-refundable.

• All payments are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
• No credits, transfers, or exchanges will be provided for any unused portion of the trip, missed activities, or early departures.
• Trip protection or TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STONGLY ENCOURAGED to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergencies, etc.).

ROOMMATE

• All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC, Yolanda Riley, and any affiliates, agents, or representatives acting on behalf of All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC are not responsible for any decisions made between travelers regarding roommate arrangements. All roommate selections and any resulting issues or disputes are solely the responsibility of the individuals involved. 
• Each traveler is solely responsible for securing their own roommate for the trip. In the event another individual is also seeking a roommate, All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) may assist by introducing the two parties. However, it is the sole responsibility of both individuals to determine compatibility and mutual agreement to share accommodations.
• The Company, including its owner Yolanda Riley, assumes no responsibility or liability for decisions made between travelers regarding roommate pairings. All agreements made between potential roommates are at the discretion and risk of the individuals involved.
• In the event that a roommate cancels for any reason, the remaining party will be promptly notified. At that time, the traveler may either:
• Find an alternative roommate, or Elect to pay the applicable single occupancy room rate.
• To ensure accurate room assignment, both roommates must register for the trip and submit their deposits at the same time. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges. 

Once both parties have:

• Agreed to room together, and Paid their required deposits, they must notify the Company in writing. Upon confirmation, the Company will assign the agreed-upon room based on the trip’s accommodation structure.

AGREEMENT  

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above release Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound thereby. I hereby release any and all claims against any and all persons and/or organization pertaining to  All Luxe Travel & Cruise, LLC from any and all liability relating to my participation in this trip.
