TRAVEL PROTECTION

To protect your investment, travel protection is highly recommended and available for purchase. Guests must accept or waive travel protection/insurance during payment authorization.


DEPOSIT, INSTALLMENTS & FINAL PAYMENTS

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $250 per person (pp) is required to reserve space on this experience.


INSTALLMENT DUE DATES

Monthly payments are due by the 15th of each month, with your first payment due the month after your deposit made. Your trip balance will be equally divided by the number of months left until the final due date. You are welcome to pay more than your monthly payment or pay in FULL at any time.

 

Payments more than 5 days past due will incur an automatic $25 late fee per occurrence. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Final payment is due by May 5, 2020. Final payments not received by this date will result in your reservation being cancelled and all payments being forfeited.


Those traveling with a roommate understand that if their roommate cancels, it is the traveling trippers responsibility to either find a replacement roommate or pay the difference of balance if they choose to stay in the room by themselves.

This installment schedule will allow guests to pay off their travel experience by the final due date of May 5, 2020.

ALL payments are NON-NONREFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Due to strict contractual obligations, any and all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE!

  • Travel insurance is not included in this package, and highly recommended.
  • Monthly payments are required to maintain your reservation.
  • Payments not received by close of business on your monthly due date will incur an automatic $25 late fee.
  • Payments more than 30 days past due could result the cancellation of your reservation and all monies being forfeited.
  • Any late payment requests must be submitted in writing to info@trippingwithkccouture.
  • Any reservations not paid in full by the final payment day will will be cancelled and all monies forfeited.
  • The Hotel requires a valid credit or debit card at check-in. The card is required for any mandatory fees as well as any additional hotel incidental charges such as spa services or phone calls which are not included in the room rate.
  • Room assignment is at the discretion of the hotel.
  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents. Passports must be valid for 90 days beyond your return date of travel to Mexico.
