Payment Schedule:
Provided On Invoice At Time of Booking. Pricing is subject to change, the price listed is the most updated price your final invoice will be provided during the time of booking.

OnADimeTraveler will provide updated invoices and pricing before processing payment. 

Payment Policy:
    • All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable per suppliers' terms & conditions.
    • All deposits must be paid in full. Partial deposits will not be accepted.
    • Payment of the deposit indicates that you have read and agree with the Terms & Conditions.
    • Reservations without payments for 2 consecutive months are subject to full cancellation due to nonpayment.

   Travel Documents:
    • A valid passport is required Passports must be valid for the period of stay in the Dominican Republic. 
    • Proof of passport is required. You will receive an email for submission.
    • It is the traveler's responsibility to obtain a valid passport. Failure to do so will result in the inability to participate. No refunds will be issued.

Authority Limitations: OnADimeTraveler does not have the authority to override the cancellation policies of any suppliers, vendors, tour operators, hotels, resorts, or other entities with whom we have contracted.
