Payment and Cancellation Policy:

Cabin Rate: €7,900 per cabin (double occupancy) estimated to be $9,322 USD per cabin 
Per Person (for reference): €3,950 estimated $4,661 USD (solo travelers pay full stateroom rate )

All pricing is contracted in euros (€). Payments are processed in USD, and the amount charged will reflect the USD equivalent of the euro amount due at the time of processing. Currency fluctuations may impact the final amount charged.  

Per-person pricing is shown for budgeting clarity; however, all reservations are made per stateroom based on double occupancy. 

Payment Schedule (Per Cabin)

  • €2,000 due at time of booking (approx $2,330 USD)
    Deposits made by August 13, 2026 will receive $100 Bar Credit per person, courtesy of AuRay Travel.
  • €2,000 Second Payment due November 10, 2026 (approx $2,330 USD)
  • €3,900 Final Payment due April 28, 2028 (approx $4,661 USD)
 

All payments are non-refundable once made; this includes cancellations made by the traveler for any reason. Travel protection insurance is strongly advised.
