Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1: Saturday, July 24

Depart from Hollywood, Florida by spacious motorcoach. Settle into an en route hotel for a restful overnight stay.

Day 2: Sunday, July 25

Enjoy continental breakfast before departing for the Atlanta History Center in Georgia. Later, enjoy dinner and check into your en route hotel.

Day 3: Monday, July 26

After breakfast, continue toward the Cincinnati area. Enjoy dinner and check into your accommodations for a four-night stay.

Day 4: Tuesday, July 27

Visit the Ark Encounter, the life-sized Noah’s Ark experience. Enjoy exhibits, animals, and powerful biblical history. Dinner is included this evening.

Day 5: Wednesday, July 28

Visit the Creation Museum and explore biblical history through exhibits, gardens, and more. Tonight, enjoy a dinner party with entertainment.

Day 6: Thursday, July 29

Visit the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, followed by a BB Riverboats Sightseeing Cruise on the Ohio River. Dinner is included this evening.

Day 7: Friday, July 30

Visit the Henry Clay Estate in Lexington, Kentucky. Later, enjoy dinner and check into your en route hotel.

Day 8: Saturday, July 31

After breakfast, visit the National Medal of Honor Heritage Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Overnight at an en route hotel.

Day 9: Sunday, August 1

Enjoy breakfast before departing for home with memories, fellowship, and stories to share.

A $75 deposit is due upon signing to secure your spot and a $25 Gratuity will be added for the driver.

Final payment is due by May 17, 2027.

All pricing is based on double occupancy. Single occupancy requires an additional $319.

AUTOMATIC BILLING

You can enroll in our automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you, and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is highly recommended.  You should research and choose a travel insurance policy carefully.  We can add travel insurance to your booking at an additional cost.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Without the purchase of travel insurance, you are NOT subject to a full refund. Purchasing travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended!!!!!!

If you cancel on or before 5/17/2027, you will receive a full refund minus your $75 deposit.  If you cancel after 5/17/2027, you will not receive a refund unless you have travel insurance. The cost of travel insurance is non-refundable.

Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to letstravelrite@gmail.com and include your Invoice number from your invoice for the travel event/vacation package that you wish to cancel, along with the full name of the guest, and start date of scheduled travel event/vacation package. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours of emailing your cancellation request, please call 954-800-0323 to ensure your information was received.

TERMS & POLICIES

 

  • Making reservations for this trip signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions as set forth within this contract.

  • DEPOSIT is Non-Refundable After the FINAL payment date.

  • Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee up until the final payment date and $250 after final payment date plus any vendor fees.

  • Late payment of $150 per person is required after final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date.

  • All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account

  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.

  • Monthly payments are required to retain your reservation. In the case that any payments are missed within the designated month to be paid, your trip maybe subject to cancellation without notice and all monies paid will be immediately forfeited. 

  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger payments than what is required of your monthly payment plan.  Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.

  • Name change fee will be accessed on or before the final payment date or your invoice plus any vendor fees.
