Cancellation policy:

  • Due to the contracts signed with the travel supplier(s), this trip is non-refundable.
    • You may purchase travel insurance during the booking process or find someone to replace you on the trip.
    • This change must be communicated to us in writing via email at least 5 days before the trip. 
 
  • If we need to cancel or reschedule the trip due to low participation, you will be notified and given the option to receive a refund or apply your payment toward a future trip.
 
  • All attendees will need to present a photo ID when boarding the transportation and when checking in at the spa.
 
  • The Travel Bug Vacations is not responsible for any medical emergencies, injuries, or expenses that you incur on this trip. 
 
  • Please follow all of the rules of the spa facility and be courteous to everyone on the trip - Good Vibes Only.
