What's not included:

•  Any Airfare - including the domestic flight to/from mainland Trinidad
•  Travel or any other type of insurance (Note: proof of travel insurance is required for the trip)
•  Items of a personal nature such as alcoholic drinks, cold drinks, and laundry unless explicitly included in itinerary
•  Any other expenses that are not mentioned in the itinerary

This trip is for you if:

• you are a Black woman over 40 who has been dreaming of travel, but hasn’t been able to get anyone else to go with her.
• you are a Black woman over 40 who loves solo travel for self-care, but would also like to meet up with others, like-minded women.
• you are adventurous, and you like to have fun and new experiences

 This trip is NOT for you if:

• you tend to complain a lot and don't have patience.
• you have difficulty being on time and taking into consideration the value of other people’s time
• you will only eat American food and/or have a very strict particular diet
• you have issues adjusting to last minute changes or curveballs.

Photography and Videography

Please be aware that by attending this trip, you grant BaldGirlWillTravel LLC, its sponsors, its successors, assigns and licensees permission to utilize your name, image, likeness, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or during the trip (regardless of whether before, during, or after trip) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf. This policy applies to and includes photographs shared within the WhatsApp group for the trip.

Reservation Change Policy

Once your deposit is paid, the booking is considered final. If you wish to modify your reservation, a change fee of $150 USD per person per change/revision will be applicable and must be paid in advance of the change being made. This fee is applicable for changes such as upgrading your room, switching from single to double occupancy, or vice versa.

Payment Plan Policy

1. Autopay Option

An autopay payment plan is available upon booking and is highly recommended for your convenience. This hassle-free option ensures that your monthly payments are automatically deducted, providing you with peace of mind and eliminating the risk of missing a payment. To opt for the autopay option, simply select it during the booking process.

2. Non-Autopay Payment Plan

If you choose not to opt for the autopay option and are unable to pay in full at booking, you have the alternative of selecting the non-autopay payment plan.  Please note that if you opt for the non-autopay payment plan option, you are expected to make a monthly payment on your trip. The amount will be calculated by the platform at the time of booking. You are obligated to make your payments on a monthly and timely basis without the need for demand or contact from our end. Failure to adhere to the agreed-upon payment plan may result in the cancellation of your booking without prior notice or refund.

3. Policy Acknowledgment

By proceeding with the non-autopay payment plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to adhere to the terms outlined in this Payment Plans Policy. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payments are made punctually according to the agreed-upon schedule.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy: U.S. regulations allow you 24 hours to cancel your booking for a full refund. Should you need to cancel for any reason after 24hrs from booking, all payments will be final, non-refundable, non-transferable. & no credits issued per the nature of this trip.  TRAVEL INSURANCE IS MANDATORY. By booking this trip you are agreeing to acquire Travel Insurance to cover your during this trip and share it with BaldGirlWillTravel LLC at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the trip. It is recommended that you purchase a policy that includes "cancel for any reason" travel insurance to protect you in case of any unforeseen cancellation or accident. 

BaldgirlwilltravelLLC  reserves the right to cancel or postpone a trip due to extenuating circumstances. 

As a participant on any BaldgirlwilltravelLLC trip, it is your responsibility to make sure you are in compliance with all country, airline or vendor requirements including vaccines and other documents. No refund or credit will be issued if you fail to obtain the required documents or if there’s a sudden change in country/airline requirements resulting in your cancellation.   All requests for cancellation must be received in writing via email at info@baldgirlwilltravel.com
