Norwegian Cruise Line's cancellation policy varies depending on the stateroom category and the number of days prior to departure.  Norwegian Escape Transatlantic Cruise departing on September 26, 2026, the relevant cancellation fee schedule is as follows:

For Club Balcony Suites and Below:

• 1 to 91 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee
• 92 to 61 days before departure:  50% cancellation fee
• 60- 31 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee
• 30 days or less before departure: 100% cancellation fee

For The Hn Suites, Suites, and Garden Villas:

• 119 to 106 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee
• 105 to 91 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
• 90 to 61 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee
• 60 days or less before departure: 100% cancellation fee

Please note that these apply to all guests on the reservation. Cancellation fees for air, and other add-on charges will apply even if the reservation is not canceled in full. Gateway changes for air and changes for cruise, air, land, and other add-ons are considered cancellations. Cancellations must be communicated to Norwegian Cruise Line's Reservations Department by your travel agent. No refunds will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by any passenger after the commencement of the cruise. Refund processing time is approximate 3 to 4 weeks. 

For group bookings, policies may differ. It's advisable to review the specific terms and conditions outlined in your group agreement or consult directly with Norwegian Cruise Line tailed information.

Additionally, Norwegian Cruise Line offers travel protection plans, such as the Norwegian Care Travel Protection Plan, which provides reimbursement for the prepaid, non-refundable, unused portion of your vacation should you need to cancel or interrupt your trip due to uneted circumstances. This plan also covers additional out-of-pocket expenses for meals and accommodations, as well as travel expenses to catch up to the vacation due to cod travel delays. If your reason for cancellation is not covered for cash reimbursement under the plan, Norwegian Care provides a 90% cruise credit for future cruise.
