Cancellation policy:
Please note that all deposits paid to Travel Butler are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any additional monies paid to Travel Butler are non-transferable and subject to the policies below based on the trip you selected.
Non-Hedonism Trips: Cancellation requests made 120 days before a trip are entitled to a full refund minus the deposit paid per person. Cancellation requests made less than 120 days before a trip will receive no refund whatsoever. Failure to make your second scheduled payment in a row may cause your reservation to be canceled and all previous deposits/payments will be forfeited.
Hedonism Trips: Cancellation requests made 180 days before a Hedonism trip are entitled to a full refund minus the deposit or $250 cancellation fee per person (whichever is greater). Cancellation requests made less than 180 days before a Hedonism trip will receive no refund whatsoever. All scheduled Hedonism trip payments made late are subject to a late fee on the balance that is due. Please pay attention to and note all due dates for the vacation you select in order to avoid this fee.
Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is encouraged for all trips in the event that you cannot make the trip, get sick before or during the trip, or in case you get hurt or injured on a trip. Most travel insurance companies require you to purchase travel insurance the day of your first deposit but some will accept you up to two weeks after a deposit has been made. We recommend either a single policy plan or an annual policy through Allianz ( https://www.allianztravelinsurance.com ) or you can compare other insurance carriers via InsureMyTrip.com.
All refunds/cancellation requests must be sent via your TravelJoy invoice in order to qualify as having been received.
