Reservation Confirmation

Deposit Requirements

To secure your selected vacation package, cruise, tour, or travel arrangement, the required deposit must be submitted by the deadline provided.

Failure to submit payment by the specified deadline may result in loss of pricing, promotional offers, inventory, or availability.

Client Review & Approval

Travelers are responsible for carefully reviewing all quotes, itineraries, traveler information, travel dates, destination details, and pricing before authorizing payment.

Any changes requested after booking may result in additional supplier fees, fare differences, penalties, or cancellation charges.

Traveler Names & Documentation

Traveler names must be provided exactly as they appear on government-issued identification and passports.

The traveler is solely responsible for ensuring all required travel documents are valid and available, including:

• Passports  
• Visas  
• Entry permits  
• Vaccination records  
• Any destination-specific travel requirements

Passports should generally be valid for at least six months beyond the travel return date unless otherwise specified by the destination.

Girls on The Go is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed travel, or financial losses resulting from incomplete, invalid, expired, or incorrect travel documentation.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

Travel insurance may provide coverage for:

• Trip cancellation  
• Trip interruption  
• Medical emergencies  
• Travel delays  
• Lost baggage  
• Supplier-related disruptions  
• Emergency evacuation

Travelers who decline travel insurance acknowledge responsibility for any financial losses associated with unforeseen travel disruptions.

Supplier Responsibility

Girls on The Go acts solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between travelers and travel suppliers.

We are not responsible for acts, omissions, schedule changes, delays, cancellations, supplier bankruptcy, weather events, labor disputes, mechanical failures, government actions, or any circumstances beyond our control.

All travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective supplier.

Service Fees

Certain travel requests may require planning, research, consultation, itinerary design, concierge, or management fees.

Any applicable fees will be disclosed prior to invoicing.

Service fees are non-refundable and compensate for professional planning services provided on your behalf.

Payment Authorization

By authorizing payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and approved your travel arrangements, pricing, payment schedule, and applicable supplier terms and conditions.

Once payment has been authorized and processed, cancellation penalties and supplier fees may apply according to supplier policies.

Chargeback & Payment Disputes

By submitting payment for travel services, you acknowledge that travel planning, research, consultation, itinerary preparation, reservation processing, and supplier coordination services are performed on your behalf.

You agree to contact Girls on The Go directly regarding any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution.

You understand that travel services rendered, planning services performed, supplier deposits paid, and authorized reservations may be non-refundable and subject to supplier cancellation policies.
