Sail n Stay with Nicole Terms & Conditions 


 PASSPORT REQUIREMENT
A valid passport book is required to enter Cancun, Mexico. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your return date. Please verify your expiration date and renew early if needed.


DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

  • Deposits are $100 per person. All payments and deposits are non-refundable. Please note that you will see charges from Sail n Stay with Nicole and their travel partners/vendors.


  • If you are sharing a room, both deposits must be received to secure the reservation.


  • Monthly payments are required to keep your booking active.


  • Final payment is due by June 1, 2026.


  • A $50 late fee per person will apply if payment is not received by the due date listed on your plan.


  • Late payments will not be accepted beyond 10 days after the final due date. Failure to pay in full will result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.



 AIRFARE
Airfare is NOT included in this package.
You must purchase your own flight to arrive at Cancun International Airport on July 8, 2026 and depart on July 12, 2026.

 

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

  • Travel insurance is NOT included in your package. 


  • All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Sail n Stay with Nicole and its partners do not issue refunds under any circumstances.


  • In the event of cancellation, lost luggage, medical issues, or weather-related disruptions, you must file a claim through your travel insurance provider.


  • Travel insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 


 

ACCOMMODATIONS

  • Room rates are not locked in until the full deposit is received and applied. All pricing is subject to change prior to securing your reservation.


  • Name changes are NOT allowed. If someone in your room can no longer attend, they will be removed, and a new guest must book at the current available rate.


  • Travel documents (including itinerary and details) will be emailed 21–30 days before departure.


 


CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS 

I understand that cancellation and change policies vary by supplier. I accept full responsibility for any applicable penalties, fees, or refunds based on the policies of the vendors I am booked with.

  • Automatic email reminders will be sent:

    • 7 days before your due date

    • 3 days before your due date

    • On your due date

    • 2 days after (if payment is late)

 

LIABILITY WAIVER & AGREEMENT 

I understand that Sail n Stay with Nicole acts solely as a travel advisor and is not the source or supplier of the travel services I am booking. I acknowledge that Nicole is not responsible for:

• Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers

• Delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or any disruptions beyond her control

• Illness, food poisoning, injury, loss, damage, or theft during travel

• Traveler is responsible for collecting & submitting her/his travel documents such as visas & destination/e-ticket entry requirement form & etc.



TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

 Sail n stay with Nicole advises travelers to check the country’s official page for entry requirements. It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure they meet all entry requirements. Sail n stay with Nicole will provide entry requirements to trip participants no more than 6-weeks before the trip departure date.

 
Sail n stay with Nicole will not provide refunds or transfers for any trip participant that fails to meet entry requirements for any reason. This includes but is not limited to an unwillingness to get vaccinated, inability to get a covid test, positive covid test results, failure to get visas, etc.
 
 
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required.

 

PAYMENTS & ROOMMATES

Each traveler submitting a separate payment must complete a registration form within 24 hours of their roommate(s). One person is designated the Primary Traveler, but all travelers share equal financial responsibility for the room’s full balance.

Adjustments due to roommate cancellations may alter the total rate and must be approved in writing.



PAYMENT DISPUTES 

Traveler agrees to not file a payment dispute or chargeback through their bank/financial institution and to instead utilize her travel insurance in the event that she can no longer attend the planned trip.

Traveler agrees to not file a chargeback in violation of Sail n Stay with Nicole Refund Policy. In the event that a chargeback is requested and/or processed, Traveler agrees to repay Sail n Stay with Nicole for the full amount and be responsible for any fees incurred in recouping payment, including attorney’s fees.


 Travelers must obey all local, state, federal, and international laws while on tour. Sail n Stay with Nicole will not intervene or assume responsibility in cases involving arrest, fines, or legal disputes.

 

HEALTH & SAFETY 

I acknowledge that travel may involve risk, including exposure to illness (such as COVID-19). I voluntarily assume all risks and responsibilities associated with travel. I understand that I must follow all health, safety, and entry requirements of my destination), including vaccinations, or quarantine, and etc.

 

ASSUMPTION OF RISK & TRAVELERS RESPONSIBILITY 

Travelers are responsible for assessing their physical ability to participate in any included or optional activity. It is recommended to consult a physician prior to travel.

Sail n Stay with Nicole bears no responsibility for medical incidents, injuries, or death that occur during any travel activity.

Participation in any event, excursion, or experience is voluntary and at the traveler’s own risk.

 

ACCESSIBILITY NOTICE (ADA Compliance)

Sail n Stay with Nicole complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to the extent practicable. However, many international destinations and properties may not meet U.S. accessibility standards.

Travelers requiring mobility aids must inform Sail n Stay with Nicole prior to booking.

We cannot guarantee full accessibility for wheelchairs, scooters, or special assistance equipment abroad.

 


HOTEL POLICIES

Room assignments are made at the discretion of hotel management. Bed type, view, and layout cannot be guaranteed.

Air conditioning standards and hotel amenities vary by country. No refunds will be provided for differences in comfort or size.


GROUP CONDUCT & REMOVAL POLICY

Sail n Stay with Nicole reserves the right to refuse service or remove any traveler who disrupts group harmony or engages in unlawful, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior (including intoxication or harassment). Any resulting expenses are the traveler’s sole responsibility, and no refunds will be issued.



PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE

Travelers grant Sail n Stay with Nicole permission to use photos, videos, or posts from trips for lawful marketing purposes 

 

FORCE MAJEURE (UNFORESEEABLE  EVENTS)

If travel becomes impossible, illegal, or commercially impractical due to events beyond either party’s control — including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, strikes, natural disasters, or government restrictions — Sail n Stay with Nicole will follow supplier cancellation policies. Refunds or credits will depend on each supplier’s terms. Sail n Stay with Nicole reserves the right to apply reasonable administrative fees for rebooking.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE 

I have been advised of the option to purchase travel insurance and understand that it is highly recommended. If I decline coverage, I do so at my own risk and understand that I may not be reimbursed for certain losses or cancellations.


 

ACCURATE INFORMATION 

I confirm that all personal information I've provided (including names, dates of birth, travel documents) is accurate and matches my government-issued passport. I understand that errors may result in change fees or denied travel.



IMPORTANT NOTES FROM YOUR TRAVEL AGENT:

  • All prices are subject to change until the full deposit is received.


  • Rooms will not be secured until all roommates have submitted their deposits.


  • A single deposit does not hold a room unless the full deposit for every guest in the room is received.


By booking with Sail n Stay with Nicole you acknowledge and accept our Terms & Conditions. All fees, unused services and deposits are non-refundable. Final prices are not guaranteed until payment is received. Cancellation/refund policies are to be handled by the Travel Insurance company you have selected. We highly recommend travel insurance, which is also non-refundable. 

Passports are required for all international travel and must be valid for 6 months after return. 

ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE UNTIL DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED AND APPLIED. IN ORDER TO SECURE THE ROOM ALL DEPOSITS FOR THAT ROOM MUST BE RECEIVED. IF ONE ROOMMATE HAS PAID AND THE OTHER HAS NOT PAID, THE ROOM CANNOT BE SECURED UNTIL ALL DEPOSITS ARE RECEIVED
