Saturday, July 5, 2025 | Hattiesburg, MS → New Orleans, LA

🚌 What’s included with my ticket?
Your ticket includes roundtrip luxury charter bus transportation from Hattiesburg, MS to the Essence Festival daytime events in New Orleans. It’s a smooth ride—no driving, no parking hassles, just good vibes and great company!

⏰ What time does the bus leave and return?
We’ll depart from Hattiesburg at 7:00 a.m. sharp and head straight to the fun. The return trip departs New Orleans at 6:00 p.m., so be back at the pickup point on time.

📍 Where is the pickup location?
The pickup location is the Walmart Supercenter parking lot on Highway 49 in Hattiesburg.

🎟 Does this include entry to Essence Fest?
Nope! But here’s the good news—Essence Fest daytime events at the Convention Center are free and open to the public. This trip covers transportation only. If you plan to attend experiences, those tickets must be purchased separately.

🥤 Can I bring snacks or drinks?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring light snacks and non-alcoholic drinks in sealed containers. Just keep it clean and respectful—thank you!

🚫 Is alcohol allowed on the bus?
No alcohol is permitted on the bus. 

💸 Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please double-check your availability before booking.

👯‍♀️ Can I book for a group?
Absolutely! Just make sure each guest has their own individual ticket. The more, the merrier!

This is a ladies-only experience designed to provide adult women with a peaceful, uplifting getaway. For that reason, the event is not open to children or family members. We kindly ask that all attendees be 18 or older.
