Cancellation Policy:

At Meaningful Escapes Boutique Travel Agency, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and plans may need to be adjusted. To provide the best possible service and maintain the integrity of our retreats/Escapes, we have established the following non-refundable and non-transferable cancellation policy for payments made by clients.

1. Non-Refundable Deposits:

1. • A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your spot in the retreat.
   • This deposit is a commitment fee and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

1. Cancellation Timeline:

1. • If a participant cancels after the deposit is made, the following cancellation fees apply:

1. • • 50% of the total retreat cost is non-refundable if canceled 180 days before the retreat start date.
     • 100% of the total retreat cost is non-refundable if canceled within 179 days of the retreat start date or for a no-show.

1. Non-Transferable Payments:

1. • All payments made towards the retreat are non-transferable to another retreat, event, or individual.

1. Travel Protection and Insurance:

1. • We strongly encourage all participants to purchase comprehensive travel protection and insurance to safeguard their investment.
   • Travel protection and insurance should cover potential cancellations, trip interruptions, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.

1. Exceptions:

1. • In exceptional cases such as medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, Meaningful Escapes Boutique Travel Agency may, at its discretion, consider requests for partial credit towards a future retreat. Any such consideration is not guaranteed and will be subject to review on a case-by-case basis.

1. Refunds for Unused Services:

1. • No refunds or credits will be provided for any unused portion of the retreat or services once the retreat has commenced.

By booking a retreat with Meaningful Escapes Boutique Travel Agency, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this non-refundable and non-transferable cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding of the necessity for such policies and recommend that you carefully review your travel plans before confirming your reservation.
