Travel documents and itineraries will be emailed 30 days prior to departure.
You should arrive at the cruise port and ship no later than 1 PM.
A valid U.S Passport is required.

Our Terms & Conditions


  • Registering for this package signifies your acceptance of Carnival Cruise Line's terms and conditions as well as those of Blue Diamond Travelers.
  • A signed credit card authorization form must be submitted via email with your deposit.  Payments will not be processed without the form.  (see the required forms below)
  • Reservations must be made with your full name as it appears on your passport/government identification. 
  • New and/or updated passport information must be submitted to Blue Diamond Travelers no later than February 10, 2020
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.  So lock in the current price by submitting a deposit.    
  • All planning fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.  The planning fee is already included in the price and it is billed separately.
  • Travel Insurance is not included in this package.  Insurance is available at an additional cost.  All insurance premiums are non-refundable.  
  • If you wish to decline the travel insurance, you must complete an insurance waiver form and submit the form via email with your deposit.  (see the required forms below)
  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current.  Late payments will incur a non-refundable $50 Late Payment Processing Fee after (5) days.
  • You must ensure that your roommate, if applicable, is making timely payments.
  • A cancellation processing fee of $75 per person will be charged for all cancelled reservations.
  • Name changes are considered as a cancellation and any applicable fees will apply.
  • You are responsible for keeping Blue Diamond Travelers informed of email changes as this is our primary means of communication.
