Important Notes:
Prices are not guaranteed until each party submits their reservation request with deposit information. Price and availability change frequently and without warning, so you are encouraged to book as soon as possible to lock in your price. If there have been price changes, you will be contacted by email before your card is processed.
Passports:
Passports, not expiring within 6 months of your trip are required for this vacation. It is recommended that your passport have at least 4 blank pages. Due to airline regulations for international travel, we must enter your information exactly as it appears on your passport. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have an unexpired Passport at the time of travel. If your middle name/initial is on your passport YOU MUST include that in your booking forms. Failure to do so could result in airline-imposed change fees or denied entry to your flight.
Cancellation policy:
Your vacation is a significant investment. It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance to protect you from financial loss. For most hotels, a $100 charge per person will apply if the cancellation is made 45 days prior to departure. If cancellation is made 31-44 days prior to departure then a charge equal to 50% of the package price will apply. If cancellation is made 30 days or less prior to departure then a charge equal to 100% of the package price will apply. If the final payment is not received by the final payment date your reservation may be canceled without notice or refund of any payment.
Once your deposit has been processed, air tickets are issued, and no changes are allowed and tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable without penalty. Change fees and apply to all bookings and are determined by the resort.
