Goddess Technology Booking Policies, Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your purchase with Goddess Technology, LLC a Delaware Limited Liability Corporation. The following terms and conditions apply to all travel experiences purchased. Please review these terms in detail as by purchasing any travel product or service you are bound by the terms outlined in this agreement.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY: You have 24 hours from the time of booking to cancel a trip for a full refund. After 24 hours, the trip deposit and all future payments are non-refundable. Our contractual agreements with our suppliers are competitive and do not allow refunds. This is how we can offer flexible monthly payments on our trip packages.

We highly recommend you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy that includes trip cancellation coverage within 3 days after booking to cover your non-refundable trip. Trip cancellation insurance is the only means of receiving reimbursement for flights and other non-refundable expenses should you cancel your trip for any reason within their coverage policy.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS: Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes.

Travel visas and vaccinations can be required for many countries visited through our packages. This can also change at any time. It is the responsibility of each traveler to comply with them and to secure the proper travel documents. To avoid disappointment and unnecessary expenses, please carefully review the requirements so that you can obtain all the necessary documents well before your trip. Requirements are subject to change, often without notice, and we suggest you verify requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate. We will not be held responsible for any charges, trip interruptions, or cancellations due to changes in requirements or issues with visa processing.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel Insurance is Mandatory. We encourage you to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy within 3 days of booking any Goddess Technology, LLC experiences.  Travel Insurance helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more. You are required to select and purchase travel insurance yourself for domestic, Caribbean and International packages.

PRICES: All prices listed are per person. We occasionally offer double occupancy rates. We do not offer roommate matching, therefore you will be required to secure your own roommate. If by chance your roommate cancels you will be responsible for locating another roommate.  If you are unable to locate a new roommate, your package will be updated to the single occupancy rate.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS:

DEPOSIT: A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposit amounts and payment plan details will be clearly outlined for each reservation.

FULL PAYMENT: Reservations may be paid in full at booking if availability permits.

LATE PAYMENTS: Timely payments are essential to secure your reservation.

• A late fee of $25 will be added to your invoice if a payment is not received within three (3) days of the due date.

• If payments are overdue for two consecutive months, your reservation will be canceled three (3) days after the second missed payment, and all payments made will be forfeited.

For balances due on the Final Payment Due Date, a late fee of $100 will be added if payment is not received by the due date.

REINSTATEMENT POLICY: Canceled reservations may be reinstated at the discretion of Goddess Technology® and are subject to availability. To reinstate, the following must be paid in full:

• All outstanding balances, including applicable late fees.

• A reinstatement fee of $200 to cover administrative costs.

Reinstatement requests must be made promptly, as availability is not guaranteed.

LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS: Reservations must be made at least 30 days prior to departure. If requested services cannot be confirmed, payment will be refunded. If confirmed, final payment is due within 24 hours, and cancellation penalties apply.

CANCELLATIONS: Should you need to cancel, please refer to your travel insurance for coverage. Goddess Technology® does not issue refunds for cancellations.

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE: Photography and/or video of the trip experience are taken throughout the trip and shared with clients post-trip. By participating on this trip or at this event you are giving Goddess Technology the right to use photographs, video, and testimony given by you. Goddess Technology will not disclose your name online or in printed media without additional expressed written consent.

FORCE MAJEURE: There may be times when either party is unable to perform, or complete performance, under the travel contract for reasons out of each other’s control. These are called force majeure events and if occurs, make performing under the contract inadvisable, commercially impracticable, illegal, or impossible. Events that may trigger this provision include, but are not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolts, military action, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, or the threat thereof, pandemics, epidemics, illnesses or health conditions prevalent in the area of travel, earthquakes, hurricanes, lightning, and explosions, unexpected legislation, or any other event outside the reasonable control of either party. In the event that a force majeure event occurs, the parties will look to and follow the cancellation policies of the suppliers, what is stated in the travel proposal and these terms & conditions. Any changes to those policies are at the sole discretion of the supplier (if applicable) and Travel Agency. Passengers will be informed of their options.

RISKS/SAFETY: Travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. Goddess Technology, LLC urges customers to remain informed on a daily basis as to current news events, as well as to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the United States Government prior to booking travel to international destinations. The Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) is a free service provided by the U.S. Government to U.S. citizens who are traveling to, or living in, a foreign country. STEP allows you to enter information about your upcoming trip abroad so that the Department of State can better assist you in an emergency. Registration is recommended and provided by going to https://step.state.gov/step/

LIABILITY:  Goddess Technology, LLC is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any travel service provider or of any third party. In addition and without limitation, Goddess Technology, LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay, or damage to person or property in connection with the provision of any goods or services, whether resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation, or any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time. Also be advised that certain foreign facilities or amenities, such as air-conditioning systems in public places, hotels, and motor coaches may not be up to U.S. standards. If due to weather, flight schedules, or other uncontrollable factors you are required to spend additional night(s), you will be responsible for your own hotel, transfers, and meal costs.
