To help you stay on track with your vacation investment, we strongly recommend making monthly payments toward your reservation. While monthly payments are not required, all travelers must meet the minimum payment amounts and payment deadlines established by the resort and vendor contracts. The payment milestones for this vacation are as follows: 

ASAP - Deposits are due ASAP as spaces are limited and once, they are gone, they are gone

October 15, 2026 - at least 25% of your balance should be paid

January 15, 2027 - at least 50% of your balance should be paid 

March 15, 2027 - Final balance

Please note the following:

• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. 
• Travelers are responsible for ensuring that required payment amounts are received by the specified due dates.
• Failure to meet required payment deadlines may result in penalties imposed by the resort.
• All reservations must be paid in full by the final payment due date.
• Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment deadline are subject to cancellation without further notice.
• If a reservation is cancelled due to non-payment, reinstatement may be possible in certain circumstances; however, reinstatement is not guaranteed and may be subject to resort approval and a reinstatement fee.
• Any additional fees associated with reinstatement are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
