Day 1 – Arrival & Welcome Dinner
Arrive at Santorini International Airport and join one of the scheduled group transfers to the hotel. After check-in, settle in and relax.
In the evening, meet the group for a welcome gathering, trip briefing, welcome drink, and dinner at the hotel.
 
Day 2 – Oia City Tour
Start the day with breakfast before exploring Oia, one of Santorini’s most famous villages.
Enjoy:
Whitewashed streets
Blue-domed churches
Caldera views
Boutique shopping
Local art galleries
Professional photo opportunities
The remainder of the day is at leisure.
 
Day 3 – ATV Sunset Experience
Enjoy breakfast and a free morning to relax, shop, or explore.
In the late afternoon, head out for an ATV adventure through traditional villages, volcanic landscapes, countryside trails, and scenic coastal viewpoints.
End the experience with a beautiful Santorini sunset overlooking the Aegean Sea.
 
Day 4 – Wine Tasting & Sunset Sailing
Start the day with breakfast and a relaxed morning.
In the afternoon, visit local wineries for a guided wine tasting experience featuring Santorini wines and vineyard views.
Later, board a sunset sailing cruise along the coast. Enjoy caldera views, drinks, and a freshly prepared dinner onboard while watching the sunset over the Aegean Sea.
 
Day 5 – Leisure Day & Farewell Dinner
Enjoy breakfast followed by a full day at leisure.
Spend the day:
Relaxing by the pool
Shopping
Visiting cafés
Exploring the island
Booking optional activities
Taking photos and content
In the evening, meet the group for the farewell dinner. Guests are encouraged to wear purple attire.
 
Day 6 – Departure
Enjoy breakfast before checking out of the hotel.
Join one of the scheduled group transfers to Santorini International Airport for your departure.

Initial Deposit (Non-Refundable)
All initial deposits are non-refundable. This deposit secures your spot and covers administrative costs related to the booking process.

Cancellation & Refunds 

4-Day Trips

  • More than 90 days before departure: Guests are eligible for a refund excluding the non-refundable deposit. Funds may be transferred to another trip.
  • Within 90 days of departure: No refunds will be issued, including the deposit and any additional payments.

 

5-Day or Longer Trips

  • More than 120 days before departure: Guests are eligible for a refund excluding the non-refundable deposit.
  • Within 120 days of departure: No refunds will be issued, including the deposit and any additional payments.
 

Payment Policy

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation active.

If you miss more than three (3) consecutive scheduled payments, your reservation may be canceled without notice, and all monies paid, including your non-refundable deposit, will be forfeited.

Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment. Insurance may offer coverage for cancellations due to medical emergencies, unforeseen events, or other qualifying circumstances. Please review the specific terms of your chosen policy.
