Cancellation Policy

Deposit: Non-refundable at time of booking.

Final Payment: Once final payment is made, the trip is 100% non-refundable.
Reservation Transfers:
- If you are booked under a non refundable deposit the deposit will not be refunded even if someone goes in your place.

You may transfer your reservation to another person for a $100 name change fee

Once the reservation is updated:

If you sell your spot for less than what you originally paid:

At least one original name must remain on the reservation.
Payment:
If you pay only a deposit at time of booking, the remaining balance will automatically be charged to the last card used on your account on the final payment due date (listed on your invoice). Please ensure sufficient funds are available on that date. Contact us only if you wish to pay the balance with a different form of payment.

Reservation Details:
Please review your confirmation carefully to ensure all information is correct. Each guest’s name must match their certified birth certificate or valid passport exactly (first and last name). Date of birth and gender must match government records and Homeland Security requirements.
Roommate Assignments:
Roommate matching is offered as a courtesy but is not guaranteed. You will be matched with someone of the same gender. We will do our best to consider age and smoking preference when making matches. CTS is not responsible for roommate compatibility or behavior. If you request a roommate within 70 days of departure, you will be added to a waitlist until a match is found.
Cheri’s Travel Spot (CTS) is not responsible for compatibility or conduct of roommates. You will be paired with someone of the same gender; we will do our best to match by age and smoking preference when possible.
Proof of Citizenship:
Valid proof of citizenship is required to travel.

A valid passport is strongly recommended.

U.S. citizens may use a certified birth certificate along with a valid government-issued photo ID if the cruise departs and returns from the same U.S. port.

Other accepted documents include a Certificate of Naturalization, Passport Card, or Enhanced Driver’s License (EDL).

U.S. Permanent Residents must present a valid Green Card.

Non-U.S. citizens must present a valid passport and, if applicable, a valid U.S. Multiple Re-entry Visa.
It is your responsibility to verify and secure any necessary VISAs for countries on the itinerary. Failure to obtain the correct documentation will result in denied boarding with no refund. A passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the end of travel.
