Due Dates:
- December 10th, 2024 is the deadline to pay the $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve your room at Atelier Playa Mujeres.
- December 11th, 2024 is the due date for your remaining room balance.
Reminders:
- The wedding date is Saturday, April 26th, 2025. Please schedule your trip before and after that date.
- This resort is adults-only ages 16+ (age at time of check-in)
- 3 Night Minimum Stay
Cancellation policy:

- If you cancel your reservation before December 1st, 2024 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

If you cancel your reservation between December 1st, 2024 and January 1st, 2025 you will be responsible for 50% of your room total. Also, if you reduce the number of nights in your reservation you will be responsible for 50% of the nights reduced. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.

If you cancel your reservation between January 1st, 2025 and February 1st, 2025 you will be responsible for 75% of your room total. Also, if you reduce the number of nights in your reservation you will be responsible for 75% of the nights reduced. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.

If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after February 1st, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.
Atelier Playa Mujeres will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Atelier Playa Mujeres and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Atelier Playa Mujeres.
